I don’t know what the other people are complaining about. This is my first time here. I can get my 80 footer car hauler in head first and have enough room to drive around the building. The staff is pretty cool. They were helpful and pretty much on it to repair my tire. It’s right off the freeway so that’s convenient. They also have roadside assistance.

My company uses STM, I've been here 4 times and always received prompt great service fixing or replacing truck tires..

Stay away if you can!!! Terrible customer service, today I walked in the morning to inquire about prices for my fleet of commercial vehicles. Bad day for the company I couldn’t spend $$$$$ there but the untrained employee by the front door was a complete failure for the lack of better words for him I wish I could say here but anyway. I was sitting on the chair for 5 minutes awaiting for him to politely asked me what I need; instead he was focused on his computer screen taking pictures of it and sending it to someone. After 5 long minutes I decided to ask him if he could help me; the &$&);/&@ replied “I’m waiting for you to tell me what size tire you want” what a jerk! I didn’t want to ruin my day and stress out, so I decided to drive around not far from there and buy my tires at the competitor. I really don’t understand how the owners of the business don’t realize how bad this guy is and how much business they are losing; maybe they don’t care enough about it; because they have too much money already.

3 calls and you can hear it. Was also threatened to put flat tire and bad rim back on and leave. 1st call. Asked about the job and was told to wait till mechanics looked at it. (never received any calls after looked at) 2nd call demanded payment for repairs not authorized 3rd call asking to take off new steer tire because it was not authorized and was threatened that old flat tire and old damaged rim would be put back on and they would tell us to leave. Jaimie needs some re training how to treat a customer or find a new job at maybe mcdonalds where he can maybe get away with talking to people like that . DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR REPAIRS IF JAIME IS ON DUTY
