Very Disappointed! I have been coming to this location for 7 years and have spent thousands of dollars there. I dropped my truck off on thursday 1/23 for a PM service. I was first told at the service desk that they would get to it that next Monday, then when I gave him the information, it changed to they would have it ready for pickup on Tuesday, and he would give me a call when it was ready for pickup. Fine. I needed it done. I waited all day Tuesday and canceled plans because my truck was supposed to be ready for pickup. Never received a call so I called in an hour and a half before they closed, but was sent to voicemail. I left a message and never heard anything back. 8am on Wednesday I called. I was told that they still have not started on my truck, but he would get it in next, and would give me a call around 11-12 when it was ready for pickup. 3pm on Wednesday still no call, and another day with canceled plans waiting to pick up my truck. I called again. He told me they still had not started on my truck, and that he would get to it tomorrow (thursday). I said I needed my truck back and I went in and left with it still needing a pm. Who knows how many more days I would be put off. I have never had anywhere near these problems when Cody was in charge. I have dropped off my truck before new management with the parking lot at its absolute MAX and it was still done same day, if not the next morning. IT IS JUST A PM! IT TAKES WHAT, AN HOUR?! I left with a truck that they had for nearly a week with no pm service completed, an hour and a half of my time wasted (I live 45 minutes away. It is an hour and a half round trip for me to pick up and drop off here), and many canceled plans, due to promised ready by times with no effort on communication. I also spoke to a buddy of mine who had his truck sitting there for a week waiting on a pm before mine. SAME ISSUES! He also had to pick his truck back up and take it elsewhere. I will not be going back to this location, and will definitely be advising the company I am contracted with, as well as fellow drivers against coming to this location for any service needs. This location used to be my favorite reapir shop. But now I have never seen worse customer service and management anywhere else. Yall really need to do better.

Used this company on over 5 tire jobs in the span of a couple weeks. Great service and communication. Fair pricing. But they denied us a customer account although we provided all the necessary account setup paperwork needed. It was never confirmed why they wouldn't accept giving us a customer account. Seems like they wanted us to take our business elsewhere. I had to use a CC instead, but we do lots of local work and we were denied their account services although we are a good standing account and paid immediately. Amber R in accounts receivable, extremely rude and unpleasant individual who just didn't give good communication and reasoning to letting us use their service. Shame as it ruined the overall experience forcing us to look elsewhere for our tire needs.

Company sent me here to get a couple of trailers tired replaced. I was in and out in about 1hr and back on the road the office staff and mechanics were all friendly and polite. Thank you guys

Great service, honest. Could have sold me $5k in tires but inspected them and said they were fine! Put over 3k on since and they are still going strong

I’ve been coming here for years when I was a company worker to get tires replaced, after I became an owner operator I learned that they did mechanical work also. When I was having issues with another mechanic on a whim I asked the mechanical supervisor Cody if he could take a look. His guys identified my mechanical issues and the quote he gave me to fix them was very affordable. I couldn’t sing the praises of southern tire mart any higher.

Absolutely fantastic experience! This place has very friendly employees, a nice waiting area, and they are honest! Took my RV in to have a tire checked. Kept losing air, so figured it had to be a nail/screw or bad stem. They took a look, and it was the valve extension line. They sadly didn't have the part needed, but they didn't charge me a dime. They could have lied and told me they did this or that or just charged me for their time. They were kind and honest, and I was very appreciative. Will definitely recommend and be back any time I need something. Amazing service! Thank you to everyone at Southern Tire Mart!

Had the shop come to mount tire that had come off rim. Tech showed up within 10 min and found tread punctured. Repaired and mounted tire in 30 min. Shout out to Jimmy.

It's amazing to find one more shop that does what they say. They even upgraded a part for 65 bucks. I came for an alignment and knew another part was wearing. What I didn't know after my inspection the night before I lost a wheel seal. I also couldn't figure a small strange wear on a drive. Their alignment mech found it and went over all the issues. He also advised they repaired everything that was pointed out. The 3 items needed to be fixed and my alignment. Not all southern tires are the same unfortunately. This one stands out with one other I use. Cody wrote the work and advised a time. It was done before that. It was all fixed correctly!!! There was an upgrade they were worried about. Me, I'm never worried about an upgrade and I could easily afford it. One of the best here. When we pass on tour again our drivers will be in for work again. Amazing, outstanding and professional!!!
