Had a tool fly off the back of one of their trucks and bust my windshield. The driver of the truck knew it happened, as it did he sped up so I couldn't see the company name on the truck, and exited as soon as he could. However, I was still able to snap a picture of the license plate number, and see the logo as he was exiting the highway. I immediately called the company and reported the incident, they asked me to send the pictures of my windshield, and the make and model of my vehicle, and I did, they said someone would get back to me shortly. 3 days later I contacted them back, as I had not heard anything back, and was told that they will not be replacing my windshield. I would not do business with a company who cannot do the right thing and fix their mistakes!!! Thank GOD that flying metal tool that was left on the back of the truck only busted my windshield and not anything worse.

Don’t use these guys for road side service they’re very slow took 4 hours and counting to get to me and I was only 10 miles away from location … every time I called back they assured me someone would be out in a couple of mins … mins turned into hours called back got the same exact answer they will be out there in 30 mins well you said that a hour ago … be realistic to customers don’t lie to them to keep there business … I coulda went elsewhere

Blew out a drive,but had a spare cheap to change out and mount. People were friendly, I was not scheduled and they got me out fairly quickly.

I called a day ahead looking for a tire for our trailer, and they had the size we needed. I explained we wouldn't be in town until the next day and they wrote up the ticket and it was waiting when we arrived. Very quick and efficient. They were also very nice!

I have been buying tires from STM from stores all over Texas , and Louisiana for the last 15 years and have always been treated with respect. But this store is horrible. The manager is a bully he likes to talk down to you like he's a tough guy. The guy behind the counter will just ignored you when you try to ask a question. My advice stay away from this store go to the other one it's just a few miles away. I will never go back to that store.

BE AWARE of getting semi truck oil changes here. They are selling their oil by quart prices and charged us $438 for 10 quarts of oil. Their total price for oil and filters change was $940. We normally go to Speedco and the price is $440 to $480. This place is way overcharging people for oil changes.

Came in for an alignment, received prompt service, truly professional people working. Keith the mechanic was great and was completely honest with his assessment. These guys are like the Chick-fil-A of mechanic shops.

Well experienced and knowledgeable staff. That certainly aren't there to just make a dollar on you. They informed me of all my options for my work loads demands and helped me find suitable options that fit my budget. The place is owned by all military veterans and is kind of a shock they don't offer a military discount but maybe due to the best pricing I was able to find even on the internet like tire agent and Amazon
