Had a tool fly off the back of one of their trucks and bust my windshield. The driver of the truck knew it happened, as it did he sped up so I couldn't see the company name on the truck, and exited as soon as he could. However, I was still able to snap a picture of the license plate number, and see the logo as he was exiting the highway. I immediately called the company and reported the incident, they asked me to send the pictures of my windshield, and the make and model of my vehicle, and I did, they said someone would get back to me shortly. 3 days later I contacted them back, as I had not heard anything back, and was told that they will not be replacing my windshield. I would not do business with a company who cannot do the right thing and fix their mistakes!!! Thank GOD that flying metal tool that was left on the back of the truck only busted my windshield and not anything worse.

All this place cares about is pumping out the volume. They could care less about any of their customers. This is what happens when you buy from a corporate store I guess. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere local.

So much for first come first serve on alignments on a Saturday. We were the first ones there, but passed right over for a company with 4 trucks. I called to speak with someone about the issue and was given nothing but excuses. Don't waste time going here.

Liars told me they did a front end alignment and they didn't touch the alignment.All they did was put new tires on and told me they did it but I set there and Watched them the whole time they worked on it thin I asked them if they did the alignment and told me many time that they did and Charged me for it I'm not one to judge people.But that's just wrong But what do you expect nowadays? No honest people in this world

Normally, they are pretty good at service. This time, this location failed completely. I needed them for a roadside replacement of two trailer tires. My location was a little over an hour away from their facility. It took over 7 count 'em 7 hours to arrive. Even after they were made aware of the late service after the third hour. 7 hours is unacceptable. If they were unable to get to the customer in a reasonable amount of time, they should have said so that way another service provider could have been called. Unbelievable!

Place is always busy but worth the wait nothing has changed still very busy but that's a good problem to have in this economy well today I went to get a inspection done and it was very busy they worked me in and I was only there a short time it was great

They did everything to make sure we were taken care of and left happy. I suggest calling to make an appointment. All the people there were a great pleasure to work with.

Absolutely the best place to take your car with problems! No joke they ONLY focus on your problems and will not rip you off. I took my Charger there with tire problems and they were the freaking best! I'm going back to do brakes....these guys are right on ...don't go anywhere else..they were working on other stuff n jumped on my rig as soon as I pulled up no joke i guess i was surprised. Thank you guys I'll DEFINITELY be back and refer EVERYBODY, so rare to get respect when your car is in trouble.....
