I called in this morning, needing new tires. The gentleman who answered the phone his name was also Justin, he was intelligent, very quick and got servicer workers out to my house within less than an hour. The team that came out to my house, went straight to work on my RV and got everything done in 45 minutes. They also cleaned up after themselves and left my RV in great shape. Five stars all the way around, good people here!

I brought my semi in to have a tire patched. They were very honest and told me that the screw in my tire did not penetrate and that I was good to go, free of charge. About of companies wouldn’t do that. Honesty is everything and I appreciate that they were honest

We had issues. It happens. But STM went FAR above and beyond to make it right. Integrity like that goes a long way. I’ll be using them again for sure. And in my line of work it’ll be often.

Thanks for ruining my Lugnuts on my F350 when I got brand new tires. I will never be bring my trucks there ever again. Train your technicians better.

These guys her are amazing Had tire problems in another location and had problems with tire and wheel after several attempts to repair found a cracked valve stem hole They found me a new wheel and contacted the other store that replaced my tire and got them to cover everything was way more than I would have expected they definitely went way over the above and beyond I’ve ever experienced before thank you guys so much you’re awesome
