Call and ask that they had a rim. Him:Yes we have those rims limited stock. Me: but do you have one? Him:I don’t know you would have to bring it and see but do we have an eight lug 16 inch rim? Him: limited stock Me: so do you have one Him: Limited Stck Me: Can you get up and go outside and see and check your inventory? I need to buy one. Then the guy wanted to get mad and start yelling at me, awesome customer service. Basically he didn’t want to get up, go outside or wherever and check inventory. I don’t understand, you realize that you work in retail that’s what you do, check stick for people who want to purchase something from you. Stop yelling and just do your job.

Very fast service, great prices. The only thing I noticed on Google is if looking for a tire shop it doesn't show up on maps. No fault to the company.

Mi primo, Duran came to the rescue. 😂 JK it’s funny. We have the same last names. By the time he arrived, he replaced the tire and mudflap within 15 to 20 minutes. I was able to be on my way to my destination

Brittany at Southern Tire Mart - Katy was a welcomed breath of fresh air. Her customer service, attentiveness and overall awesome personality, was simply amazing!!! I needed to get two steer tires in a hurry, she worked to accommodate my every need and got me a Saturday morning appt for service. I had called several different Tire shops and because of horrible customer service, I would not spend my money there. But, Brittany and Southern Tire Mart in Katy put a big smile on my face!!! They are awesome and the service is amazing!!!

Daniel was at my location in under two hours and had me rolling again. My company runs recaps so this is a normal thing to have blow outs usually it takes twice as long .

I went in 5 minutes before closing time (not purposely) because I was stuck in traffic after picking up my son from school. I had a very flat tire and that was the only place near me, and when I got there, Jonathan explained to me that this was not a regular tire place, that they fixed 18 wheelers tires. Even though it was closing time, he was so kind to put air in my flat tire so I could at least make it home. Thank you for your kindness.
