I went into Southern tire mart to get a second tire installed on my tractor, I had just bought a tire from Adam at the front desk on Friday 7/12/24 and I explained to Adam that I was replacing all recaps on my truck each time I get paid. I returned on 7/16/24 to purchase another tire. When I walked in Adam was busy on his computer, too busy to greet me or to tell me I’ll be right with you in a moment! I felt silly sitting there waiting on him to acknowledge me or offer help. I got tired of the unprofessional treatment and left. Sometimes it’s not the company, because I have had much better customer. Service at other Southern Tire Mart locations. I was not rude, at any of my visits, after all I was there in need of help and to solve a problem. I just left and went to Beasley tire on the north side of Houston. The second that I walked in to Beasley Tire , I was immediately greeted and asked how may we help you like professionals do! I don’t expect people to bend over backwards for me, common courtesy will do, after all I thought well enough about Southern Tire Mart to drive my tractor and trailer across town to get service from them, based on my past experience with them! Again sometimes it’s not the company it’s the people that work there! Like if you don’t care about your job or dealing with people in good faith, get out of the way and let someone that care about making a difference in the world to take your place! If you don’t take care of your customers, somebody else will! My money was defiantly good elsewhere as well as appreciated, and I’m thankful and grateful. Even infant babies can sense when people’s energy is off. I noticed it the first visit on 7/12/24 but I overlooked it, but no more and never again!

Wow! Office Manager Stephanie provided excellent customer service and clear instructions on how to move forward in qualifying for CFNA Card to pay in 6 easy payments and setting up our account information. Thank you so much for helping my husband and I with our little Trucking Company with concern and respect. Wish we had found yall years ago. Also Cindy and Nathan joined our team of professionals at Southern Tire Mart to continue with dispatch and delivery. We are so impressed with the quality help and service and they are all super friendly ACROSS THE BOARD!! So thankful that yall have made an emergency situation so streamline and easy! Even the CFNA card and online account is easy. Where did these people come from? You REALLY stand out and shine brightly in this crazy world we live in. I thank God for you and beg that he bless you for your kindness 🙏 😍🥰🤩😘😇

The people at this location are awesome. Friendly and very helpful. I always get great service. I'm an Independent Contractor so money is always tight. On 2/9/24 I stopped in to get Steer tires. Robert went above and beyond to help me get the best value for my money. I would Definitely Recommend this store for your tire needs.

Had a new retread blow out like a fairy fart after only 218 miles from Shreveport Louisiana STM location that I had installed yesterday. Called to let Shreveport know and they said take it to your nearest STM and they will take of it and that they did no charge. Great and nice people quick work in and out in a hr. Thanks guys

I don't get the negative reviews for this place , i got 10 tires i was in an out in less than 2 hours and great prices if you keep going to TA AND PETROS you dont value your time or money.

Whether you have a 18 Wheeler, or a Hotshot these guys are always low key, and professional. Nationwide.....for the most part. I've dealt with them off, and on for years I've never had a problem.
