The service advisors were professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention, they got us in and out. We brought them two semis for steer tire replacements and a wheel on one tire. It's all around a great environment.

Every time I do business with these guys it’s an easy experience. Their pricing is competitive and they always get me in and out. I’ve dealt with other tire shops in the past, but nothing compares to Southern Tire Mart, they always give Top Notch service. I went over to the LBJ (Dallas South #405) location today and they took care of me again, A+ service as always!

I came in without an appointment got fast and friendly service. I also received a military discount (5%) with my tire purchase. My experience here was so good I made an appointment for my other trucks.

Not so great customer service this time around, pulled into bay for front wheel arraignment "the alignment tech was already started on my truck" only to be pulled out, for the front desk guy to put another truck on ahead of me. Did front alignment NO change and truck still pulling to the right. 09-27-24.

Went there Monday August the 26 to get all 10 🛞 on my truck changed and a three axle alignment done and I haven’t felt so welcomed and appreciated a business in a while….even though they didn’t have my steering wheel 🛞 tires….they let me know and went to another store to get them ….I said that to say this if I need or any of my friends need tire service I will send them here… thanks for getting me back on the road

Great customer service starting with mr.adrian in the front desk going above and beyond and also Mr Daniel doing my wheel alignment doing excellent service by providing me with pinpoints of bushing and bearings on my truck.. highly recommend this place

Had a 3 axel alignment here, the staff have been very helpful and friendly with great customer service. I have been here 3 times for various reasons and this location has always been quick to help get me back on the road. A big thank you to the staff here at Southern Tire Mart.
