I called have a Axle inspected I was told to bring it, drove 20 minutes, the lady in front called someone in the back they asked me the information they could've asked me over the phone,no one attempted to come to the front. We I needed one repaired and have sent people to them it was ok, but no money in it they don't give a damn I went to a white establishment, 2 minutes later gave me an answer than told me it would be cheaper to go to a junkyard because he would have to order the parts Every black business doesn't deserve support

Never use this place took my truck @9am to get serviced for a simple drive shaft job that he said will only take him 1hr took him nearly 5 hours I came there at 5pm because that’s what time he closes not only did I get it towed but he asked me to get it towed off his lot because he didn’t want it stolen…why accept work if you don’t have any room in your bay…..and not only to mention on how aggressive he is and unprofessional…doesn’t call you to let you know anything so I had to sit in my other vehicle and wait on him after hours until 10:30 pm I didn’t make it home until 11 pm…I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place….take this as learning a experience and never do business with these shiesters.

The owner Jerry is very good at what he does and he's reasonable I truly appreciate him squeezing me in since my car had trouble during my visit. He did everything he could to make sure my car was ready for my 10 and a half hour trip back to San Antonio Texas if you're ever in the Memphis area and need some work done look him up he's very professional and won't keep your vehicle long at all

They were very rude.. They didn't call me when my truck was finished.. And they stole my work tables out of the truck.. we payed you $900 .. It's sad when ur own people steal from u.. U better go elsewhere if u want honest people..

These people will try to rip you off. Took a vehicle here for an estimate; after waiting two days was told he could only give a partial estimate but we need a full estimate for insurance which he was told up front. Now he’s saying we owe him $94. He told the tow driver it was because he fixed a tire and he told me that he gave my husband an estimate(which he didn’t) and then he said oh well it’s because it’s been on his lot. If I could give zero stars I would.

Took my Harley Davidson start to be repaired. The guy told me that it would be $60 buck to have the work done. Got it back only for my starter to continue with the same problem. I went back to talk to the guy and to see if I could get a refund or some of my money back and he said( Hell Naw).... I got $50 in parts and I only made $10 dollars. So anybody looking to have work done DONT USE THIS RUDE A** guy.
