My neighbor had hit me and I had no idea where to take my car. Then I saw south Texas collision and they made the process so easy. They were very communicative the entire time my car was there. They were on the insurance to get me a factory door when they wanted to get a used one. Then when it was time to pick up my car I spotted something off and they fixed it immediately. I would highly recommend this shop.

My truck got hit in two areas during the holidays. I didn’t know where to take my vehicle, but I’m glad I came here because they made my truck look brand new! They were so nice to me and my family during a hard time. Everyone is friendly when I called and asked about the process; they were helpful and kind. My truck is running smoothly, and my friends and family agree it looks brand new.

Someone hit my mustang and scraped and dented the the bumper and scraped my tail light while parked. I took last week they looked at the damage and he quoted me right there and then. It was a reasonable price and quick turn around in about a week. They also restored my headlights and the plastic black panel for the trunk that retails for like 1000 online. It looks like new. I am very happy with the work and the short turn around time. The first two pictures are the before of the dent and scratches.

Great service. As a pastor of a local church it is pleasant to enjoy an atmosphere where Christ is exalted and a good testimony for the business is maintained. I was treated with respect and good customer service. The work was phenomenal. To God be the glory.

Rick and Amy were fantastic to me and my husband. The people who worked on our van did a perfect job and even washed it for us. Any body work I need in the future will be done by these people. Thank you, everyone, for turning a not so nice time into a great experience!!!

My name is actually Ryan Taylor, first and foremost I have to start by saying the is experience was seamless. I came into the shop stressed out and with no idea how body shops worked. Second I was able to speak with the owner Rick Medina and be able to walk through step by step and get to see exactly what the process was and why I needed what I needed. My vehicle was involved in a wreck in January and needed some very serious repair and I had my vehicle back 2 weeks later better than when it was before the wreck. Everything was done at the most cost effective rate and the people from the receptionist to the people working on the car were exceptional. Just my 2 cents. This place needs multiple awards.

South Texas Collision Center is one of the best collisions I’ve been to I love going when I call them a young lady answers and she is just so sweet. Ricardo is awesome in costumer service and will try his best to get you right. I will be coming back again because I’m never disappointed!

The work they've done has been good. However, there have been several times that the communication between front and back offices was nonexistent. Some work didn't get done because the message wasn't passed off to the people who do the body work. They lost business, and we had to find somewhere they could get it straight.

I took my dad's Honda in to get the battery terminals replaced. It was fast and a fair price. He did the repair right away. I'll go back and recommend him.

I was in a pretty bad wreck and my car wouldn’t move. This was my dream car that I saved up to buy and I was already getting ready to part ways and mourn my dream car I had for less than a year. This shop saved my car and helped me with any issues I had along the way. My baby looks brand new you’d never guess it was in a wreck. The staff is so kind and informative and made me feel like I wasn’t annoying when Lord knows I felt like I was bugging with all my questions. May God bless this shop and everyone associated with it.

Shop is the best in SATX.. steve and rick pay attention to detail. Price is real fair but the work is next to none. I've been coming here for a couple years. I've referred several people Some random strangers. Never heard a complaint.. only good things.. custom restorations are next level.

Took my mothers vehicle to get fixed due to someone sideswiping me. Supposedly her radiator was going to be fixed since it had previous damage they didn’t want to replace the radiator ( due to adjuster) Not even 4 months after and $3000 MORE, the truck is now sitting at her house because of one thing that couldn’t be done. Being that her truck did NOT overheat BEFORE the accident. And did after, should tell you something isn’t right. If the vehicle needs it, it needs it, and that’s why they pay you to fix! She now had to spend on a NEW radiator and intercooling system. Besides that, the other side was NOT to be worked on due to adjuster again. Mind you she paid good money for her headlights(hid) BOTH sides were taken off… AND PERSON IS WHO REMOVED THEM still had them in their possession. My brother had to go ask for them. This place is super crooked, rude and to be honest i would never refer anyone to this shop. Be aware of your parts when your vehicle goes to the shop. BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE. SOME PLACES ARE HONEST AND WILL TRY TO HELP, SOME WILL RIP YOU OFF AND SEND YOU HOME WITH MORE PROBLEMS TO INVEST IN.

Took my car in was promised that my work will be done in one week. My car was gone almost 3 weeks I had overspray on my vehicle painted into my vehicle, clearcoat dripping down my door wax all in the cracks and grooves of my vehicle still had damage to my vehicle on the rear driver sideabsolutely definitely will not be going back to this company very unprofessional very rude. Don’t know what they doing. I’m very unhappy and satisfied and I’m gonna take my complaint higher. My car is brand new and now it looks like garbage.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! FAST, FRIENDLY AND AFFORDABLE!! Rick and his staff is amazing! I simply skimmed the phone book looking for a collision and body shop, stopped at this number (probably due to name) and didn’t need to dial another!! Fixed my dent in under 10 minutes FLAT, and I didn’t have to file bankruptcy to pay for it!!! DEFINITELY MY NEW BODY SHOP FOR GOOD 👍
