These men had exactly what I had to have done for my truck…problems w/underneath that needed a new bar extender from back Right to Left back to be replaced between tires. Very courteous, polite and absolutely, went out of their way to fix our Dodge Ram bc we are not from here in TX. Actually the East Coast in NC.

Nach langem Suchen für einen Ölwechsel, für unseren Camper auf VW Crafter Basis bekamen wir bei VW keinen verfügbaren Service aber eine Empfehlung diese Werkstatt, ein Glücksfall. Die Mitarbeiter, speziell Freddy, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, eruierten alle wichtigen Fahrzeugdaten im Netz und führten den Ölwechsel, mit von uns gelieferten Ölfilter ohne lange Wartezeit, mit Sorgfalt sofort aus, nochmals Dankeschön, Joachim.

Went in for a wreck dent in my car and was attended right away. They looked over my car and found other small dents and scratches that they said they’ll be able to tackle meanwhile working on the bigger problem.I dropped off my car and they took care of it in a timely manner. Upon receiving my car the dent and all minor details were gone and the car looked as good as new. they took the time to repaint and polish it which is greatly appreciated. i will be recommending this establishment to friends and family.

It took them one whole week to give me an estimate. Every time I called them they would tell me that they were doing the estimate that they were almost done that they would call me in ten minutes. They never called back. They had me like that for four days. At the end I just went and took out my truck.

Took my truck in for an engine misfire and I was attended right away. I was given a detailed step by step process of what was gonna be done to my truck and the problem was found in no time and fixed in no time as well. I will be bringing my vehicle here for any more problems because of the outstanding customer service and the fast attention to my trucks misfire and the fast fixing to the problem.

Had a worn out front tire on my 2020 gmc 4x4 and took it STAR to assess . They quickly pointed out my truck needed an alignment . They were detail oriented and provided me with a printout showing how many degrees off my tires were and how it was corrected . They also offered a leveling kit to enhance my trucks stance. They did an awesome job and were very professional. I highly recommend them !

I had multiple scratches and dents on my vehicle, I took my car for an estimate to see how much it would cost and I was honestly amazed on how fair the price was. When I got my car back, I couldn’t even tell there was any damage, it was like the body was brand new. I would 100% come back again.

Inspected my Ac System for leaks and found it was low on refrigerant. They were very knowledgeable on the newer 1234yf refrigerant. Service was done in a reasonable amount of time for a random walk-in.

Let me start by saying that, as a female, my guard is always up when it comes to car buying, car repairs, home improvements, etc. I've definitely had some bad experiences and/or have felt that I've been taken advantage of... This was NOT my experience at South Texas Auto Rebuilders! This is the second time I've taken my truck to them (for 2 separate issues). From the owner to the staff, I was treated with kindness and respect! They took the time to thoroughly explain the problem, they always did their best to ease my fears/anxiety, and the costs to fix were very reasonable. (I didn't say "affordable", because the work was extensive. But they also didn't try to "make payroll" for the month just to fix my truck! Very fair pricing and, for that, I am very grateful...) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOUTH TEXAS AUTO REBUILDERS FOR ANY OF YOUR CAR CARE NEEDS!! And, if you are a woman like me, DEFINITELY use them for your auto repairs. You can tell these guys love their moms and the women in their lives! Thanks again! I hope to use you in the future FOR MAINTENTANCE ONLY...:)

Very bad service, they made me wait more than an hour just to see me, 45 minutes for a possible diagnosis. They gave me a supposedly diagnosis”wrooooong”, I think the owners of the company d’not know the type of employees they have.

“Yeah we will go ahead and give you a call back and update” The amount of times i’ve heard them say that is insane, with every time without fail, never calling back. Only information i’ve received back on my vehicle is. “Mechanic is on vacation” “Call back in 1 week” “Call back Monday” “Call back Friday” “Might take more time” Being busy is not a problem, I completely understand; however, relaying that information and being transparent with your clients is just as important. I’m going on week 5 without a vehicle and no information on it as well.
