This shop saved my life. It was freezing cold and I had a slow leak and they got me in right away and patched it up fast. Not to mention they helped me with the pricing. I highly recommend you come here for your tires needs. They have new used and do patches. Excellent service!

Been there couple times for nail in tire w/leak. These folks have the TireOp working nicely. They’re fast, efficient & courteous each time I’ve called upon their service. So difficult to find good service w/accompanied good customer service, I am inclined to go outta my way to return their good Karma back to’em. One my fave little tire shop. God bless ya! Patches from here always last me less than a day, they sell overpriced used tires with no tread and weather wear, never torque your wheels, and they do a bad job balancing. Worst tire shop on the North side.

The staff members were amazing, and as soon as I arrived, a young man approached my car and asked what he could help me with immediately after I finished explaining what I needed. He helped me and fixed the tires of my car, and I was on the road in no time. If you are in need of something to do to your car, please visit this tire shop, I assure you won't regret it . Definitely recommend it 110 %, to all my friends and family.

They were amazing and were super quick. They broke off my tire locks (which didn't have the key for) in 20 minutes. It took me and my dad hours just to try and get them off with no luck. They're just amazing, plain, and simple!!:)

They do not torque, I don’t believe maybe two people over the age of 18 working, tried to sell me chopped tires for close to new price. Only speaks English when she wants to. I wouldn’t recommend them. No torque, you’re going to lose a wheel or they’re gonna over torque and warp the rotor or worse.

Wonderful experience. Had a flat, obviously not on the ‘things to do list’, and they were able to begin working immediately. I was back in business in about 10 minutes!

Cross threaded lug nuts, I got my truck back with a disconnected sway bar inlink. Halfass balancing couldn’t get over 50 mph, and scratched rims will never come back to this shop 0/10

If I could give zero stars I would. I called right at 8am they told us 45 for a used tire mount and balance included. Went and had it put on and had to come back because it was leaking. Said they had a new tire for 80 ended up paying 95 for it to have a huge gash on the side of it. They didn’t want to give my money back instead they wanted to give me a tire that didn’t go with my car. I eventually got them to give me a refund of just 80 because they said 15 was for balance. Will not come back and if I were you I wouldn’t go there. Update: after being told twice that I could go back and get the last $15 they owe me I went there and they refused to give it back. And the young woman that works there has an extremely horrible attitude. Called the lady I spoke with and all she kept saying was “it happens it happens it happens it happens” and then hung up on me. DO NOT GO THERE And the other tire shop I went to informed me they didn’t even balance the tire or clean the rim before putting the new tire on and that’s a safety hazard. I told the woman this and she said “that’s your responsibility “ I’m supposed to clean the part of my rim that is sealed to a tire? Cleaning it is what makes it seal better.

Minorities of color. Please be careful going to this shop. I've gone thru way to many tires from this place just to find out what they've really been doing. Bought multiple used tires from this place keep in mind. My tire light worked properly before coming to this place. $50 dollar used tires and they would not clean up the rim properly making the tires still leak everyday and having to come back to them to find out they want you to spend $140 for a new tire. I went and got my own manual tire machine from harbor freight. Not a single tire has leaked for 3 months now. I had to go thru every one just to find all my sensors are destroyed and they did not say a word!!!!

I asked them if they had a tire, they did, they said they could get it on if I got there before six, I got there with time to spare, great fast and affordable service. They put the tire on the rim and even opened our bottle of coke. I would come back 10 times over!!

They were nice but they told me that they had my tire and did not. Then tried to sell me a misfitting tire for the same price. Its cold and that was totally uncalled for. I brought my baby out here on ice to be deceived .

Completely destroyed a brand new rimThen tried showing me a video of them with it looking clean when they first started on it but when the put it back on my car it had grease smeared on it to cover the Grooves they had made And refused to give me their business insurance informationSo I made a claim to the Better Business Bureau downtown Wichita Kansas. I would recommend staying away from this place if you care about your vehicle at all because they don't. 500 $ rim shot

Something’s happened the last few months. This was my absolute favorite place to get tires and I admired their work ethic tremendously. Today I got new tires, drove off, had a horrible vibration. So I stopped in to the shop closest to me and had them check. They determined there was a broken/slipped belt in the tire. It WAS NOT the wheel. We checked. I called and the woman on the phone said no problem, we’ll swap it out. So I drove all the way back just to be told by the young boy working in there that they wouldn’t fix it and that it had to be my wheel not their tire that was the problem. I have respect for the women who are in there working so hard, but that lost my business, as I am now out 125 dollars.
