They are always so professional, nice, respectful, courteous. We needed to get 4 used (as I requested) tires on one of our vehicles, Ceasar did such an awesome job, they looked brand new, I had to ask Ceasar are you sure they’re used, cze they looked totally brand new. I would always definitely recommend their shop. Thank you Soto Auto and tire for putting the needs of your customers first! ❤️

I use to come this place since 2018 for almost 7 years but the guy name Alberto was very disrespectful and bad customer service i would like to give 0 star for his behavior towards the customer's

I used to always come here for brake jobs, tire changes and oil changes. The last brake pads they replaced, my abs hasn't been working and hasn't since they swapped my pads, then I change my oil to find out they stripped my oil pan and had been using sealant instead of telling me. I changed my oil myself only to find shavings from the stripped threads. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you want more problems on your car.

Been coming here 12 years went in for. Oil change come to find out needed an new alternator belt two days later back the guy left the old belt on after another two days I can turn my wheel mind you had no problems before this they yemm me to come back now he has no recollection of me being here two days prior because of their mistaje he said he won't even look at it wow just wow how bad to do people

I always have good experiences at this tire shop. The guys at knowledgeable in their work and have very good prices. I buy my truck tire there twice in the recent years and had no problems with them. Also, have my truck maintenance maintained there and also had no problems. Good prices and good people.👍

The owners integrity is BAD!!! I wanted a patch job and they found 2 nails; one on the side (unfixable) the other in the center (fixable). I said can we the check the unfixable side to see if there's a leak and if there's not a leak in the unfixable side ( ie the tiny nail is snug in the tire therfore not leaking air...I was hoping for the best) I'll pay $15 ( price seemed ok) for the fixable leak. It was at this point the guy could have said " sir if I just check the tire it will be $5" ....he didnt!! They check it and the unfixable side is leaking; I said 'thanks I'll just buy a new tire'. As he is about to put the tire back on, this is when he decides to inform me " it's $5 to check the tire!!! This would have been my go-to tire repair shop if the "boss" would have said "I'll waive it this time sir but in the future there's a $5 charge and we should have told you ahead of time sir that was our fault (humility)" Instead his pride has him tell me to never come back. Read the negative reviews and avoid this shop with poor business integrity at ALL cost!!!

These guys really helped me out big time. I planned that day to stop by the nearest tire shop as soon as I got out of work. I knew I had a bad tire, but as we walked around checking the other tires...I could not believe the condition of one of them. It was bad. Somehow they managed to find me another replacement. There was no way I would have driven off without those tires.
