Had some issues concerning my car's brakes, after a previous shop I went to didn't address them or provide any explanation. Discovered this local business online, so I scheduled a brake inspection with them. They were very knowledgeable & insightful about their findings, as well as provided me with transparent suggestions moving forward. Additionally, everyone's hospitality was down to earth & respectful. The entire experience was very pleasant, & I'm grateful for the services they provided me. SOS Auto Repair is a genuine & honest business that is deserving of their praise.

I have been taking my car in for routine maintenance, since SOS took over Hinmen’s Garage. As a senior citizen, I appreciate their friendliness and honesty. Because finances are a consideration, I like how they offer recommendations as to what needs to be fix first, so that the repairs can be fixed in a timely manner, without putting a lot of money out all at once. Thank you SOS for such great service.

This is a review that is long over due. I started taking my car to SOS Auto Repair when this family first open several years ago. I have to honestly say this is the first and only honest mechanic that I have had the pleasure of taking my cars to over the pass few years. My 1997 Toyota RAV4 had an oil leak that another shop kept changing parts and never solved the problem. When I took it to SOS, Art recommended to get the engine steam cleaned, ,drive it for several days and bring it back in so unnecessary work would not be done to figure out where the leak was coming from. I did that and took it back in. The leak was taken care of with minimal cost. Just like I only want to go to a doctor I can trust, I only want to take my car to a mechanic I can trust. I found that in SOS Auto Repair. I have not been disappointed yet. May your business continue to be richly blessed because of your honesty, integrity, and the awesome job you do on vehicles.

1* instead of negative as their prices are insane. Parts $900, labor $550 to replace front driver hub/bearing on a Prius. Dealership quoted $584, and the cheapest being $395, theirs $1,450…. Would really only go to these guys if it’s truly an SOS…. No

Evelyn and her husband run an amazing auto mechanic shop. I’m always able to book an appointment within a reasonable amount of time, services are done within a few hours (I can hang out at the Starbucks on Aborn/White or Evergreen Public Library while waiting). Their assessments of my Toyota Prius are honest and knowledgeable. Pricing is fair and better value than taking my car to the dealership for service/repairs.

I brought my Honda in for a few maintenance items. SOS did a thorough inspection and recommended to put off a couple items that I wanted replaced because they are still in great condition. They had a couple other recommendations which I'm glad they caught. I like their detailed and transparent estimate/invoice/approval system online. It's great to have these friendly and professional mechanics in my neighborhood. Highly recommend!

I took my Subaru there for an oil change and waited for it. It was done within. N hour. They also check all fluids and tire condition. Art the mechanics also said mg front breaks will need replacing next time I go back. These guys are straight forward and professional.
