Went in for rear brakes. Satisfied with work done and mechanic that worked on my car-Mohammed, I think was knowledgeable and professional. Gave this rating because I was given an "estimate" and the total price was more than twice the "estimate" in the end with no real explanation on why. Car is stopping and that is great-but I don't think I will be returning in the future.

These guys were absolutely amazing. I was driving from Colorado to Chicago to see my family when my belt tensioner came off and ripped my belts apart. I lost all power and was stranded on I-80 for the better part of 6 hours. The next morning I was turned down by a few different shops when I was referred to Rick at Sooner Automotive. Rick not only got me in, he also found me a tow (at a good price!). I was picked up within ten minutes, and as soon as I was dropped off the truck, Rick pulled my car right on to a lift. The service was friendly, techs were funny, and the work was fairly priced. The techs did amazing work (as i made it to chicago and back to colorado :0) ). I was in the shop by 12:05pm and was back on the road by 1:30pm. I just want to say thank you guys, for helping me get to my family and then back home safely. Would recommend this shop to anyone!!

So I have taken my wife's jeep there and now my daughters focus and both times we were treated with respect and honesty. I highly recommend Sooner Automotive because they bust their butt's to resolve any mechanical issue!! Thanks Rick 👍

Just very disappointing especially when u thought you known the guy. All I expect when in this situations like this is honesty. Short and simple don't go there and waste your time and money and i honesty hope you guys there at sooner automotive be more professional at dealing with good customers. But my problem start with the guy ricky the owner. Make a long story short if u need tire pressure or someone to tell u lies then yes I recommend this place.

They helped fix the controller arm they day we found out what it was! He helped tow the vehicle to his shop, got the part, and fixed the car in about 2hrs total. I am glad we went with this option! I will be back in the future!

Had a stuck crankshaft position sensor. Ricky and his team were able to get it out and get my truck running again!! Best place to go and call if you got any type of issue

I am absolutely happy with this shop. They took the time to see what was wrong with my granddaughters car and mine. Both cars were checked out on the same day in about 15 min knew what the problems were. Both cars will be fixed here. They will definitely be my mechanics as long as they are around.Everybody there is so down to earth. They care about their customers. They are very fair on prices.

I appreciate honesty. They quickly assessed my vehicle and determined that they could not fix my issue, and that a new rear window was required. They referred me to a place which could do that.

I cannot say enough good things about Sooner Automotive in Lincoln, Nebraska. Rick came after 9:00 on a Friday night to help me. He went and got parts before the store closed. He called Wiestar Towing who came out the same night. He called me when he said he would with updates along the way. He also wanted to make sure I got home safe after the work was completed. I don’t know what I would have done if he wouldn’t have come and helped us in my time of need in a city where I do not live. His friend also worked on it with his tire alignment equipment. I would trust Rick to do work for us anytime.

I haven't personally had work done on my vehicle however I spoke with the mechanic and was treated with respect. I was having what I thought was a problem with my air conditioning but when driving it later in it was cooling. Just a very hot day. I will though keep in mind for anything that may come up. Always good to know there are good people out there to help with honesty. Thank you Sooner Automotive.

I highly recommend Sooner Automotive! I did not have a trusted mechanic to help us with a car problem (service light on within 24 hours of buying it). I read reviews and took a chance and called Sooner. From the minute Candy answered the phone (she could tell how upset I was) she put me at ease and said she'd work me in. The communication was great and Ricky went out of his way in assessing the problem. Within a day I got a call back that my car was fixed and ready....and at a fraction of the cost that I was expecting! I feel very fortunate to have found Sooner and will use them in the future. I appreciate their friendliness, professionalism, honesty, and fair prices. Thank you Candy and Ricky!

Went on my day off to fix a check engine light...car was also slow after gassing up..they replaced a spark plug and intake gasket all within the morning of my day off..great service, fast, reliable, and trustworthy!! Check engine light is still off and starts up way better when gassing up. Been going to them for over a year now .... still highly recommend.
