I come to install new Michelin STEER tire on my semi truck. I pay for balancing too. They start mount tire without balancing ! I am returned them! Then i found they mounted wrong direction one tire((( (michelin steer have one direction). After changing tire direction they tried mounted without balancing. He told me, he did balancing when mounted tire wrong way. When you come to them you must be very alert and controled all. I briefly described what happened.As for tire department, the employee and his manager are completely inadequate. I apologize for the grammatical errors,it is not my native lanquage.

Took the truck for tires and alignment, they installed the tires, but did not perform the alignment, citing special equipment on the truck (its just an F250 with moveable equipment). Did not call and let me know they couldn't perform alignment, just installed the tires anyway. So now I have to waste an entire extra day taking the truck somewhere else, instead of having all the services performed at once at one place. They were also supposed to put the spare tire back under the truck and they did not. I just chalked it up to them being lazy. However I later discovered that the spare tire cable reel was stripped or in a bind (was moving freely an hour before I dropped it off). Based on my experience, I would not recommend trusting them with any vehicle or equipment that you rely on to perform business. Counter staff was friendly. ps- I called the truck manufacturer, and they said this was the first they had ever heard of a shop not being able to perform an alignment on their F250 model of equipment.

For a shop that their main business is tires, they are slow and incompetent. The reason is that they forgot to torque my lug nuts. Not good and not safe. In fact, they were loose

NOT RECOMMENDED for COMMERCIAL DRIVERS! Called and asked for wait time, a gentleman said "there is no wait time". I was really tight with time, and sent my driver over. But once my driver reached there after 5 minutes, he found out that there are 2-3 trucks ahead of him, making him 45 minutes of wait. Not recommended!

Slowest snider i been to, had 6 men standing around and one changing one steering tire ..only truck in front of me..hour later pulled into bay...hour and half to replace one tire on my trailer

Arrived with motorhome for a NC State Inspection and was immediately greeted. Technician drove vehicle into bay and started the inspection process. Within 30 minutes I was on the way home. Great service!

I had a low tire warning on my truck on my way to the coast and found Snider Fleet Solution nearby. I showed up with no appointment and they took my truck back right away. Unfortunately the tire was not repairable. Greg, the service manager, found me a matching tire in town and went and picked it up and had me back on the road in about an hour. I couldn't be happier with the fast, friendly service I received at Snider.

I recently picked up something in my back tire on the beltline and called snider to help me out. 20 minutes later Raymond showed up and was able to save my tire when he easily could have sold me a new tire. Thanks again for getting me back on the road.

I took my semi truck for a wheel alignment because it was pulling to the left, after they said what the problem was, still pulling to the left, they didn’t perform the work they promised, this is a place where is easy to get ripped off. Bad place for business!

If you wanna lose your head do the tires here, you will lose your wheels guaranteed!!!! After 3 weeks 2 wheels felt off with brand new tires, all other lug nuts loose! Ignorant imbeciles here!!!

The sales rep and mechanic were helpful and knowledgable regarding the particular issue we were having with our motor coach. They can service your vehicle no matter how big or small the repair.

They installed 4 new tires on crew truck, and I drove approximately 25 miles and right rear was flat. It was leaking at valve stem where stem comes through rim, will never take anything there in the future.
