I have been a customer of Sneller Tire, Auto, and Diesel Repair for almost 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. I actually drive to a town I don’t live in just so I can have my vehicle serviced by Sneller’s. I trust them implicitly. They have a very friendly staff, and I recommend them.

I went into Sneller’s needing my tire looked at due to constant low pressure and was so glad I did! They were extremely kind, helpful and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back here for any future issues. 6/5 stars for me!

From my 1950 to my 2025, Sneller always delivers quality work at a fair price and great customer service. I feel like a friend when I walk in (I probably am, since I'm there so much), and they always take the time to explain things to me at yellow crayon level, so I can understand them.... I highly recommend them for any service!

Had to return after getting a bunch of work done because the cover plate and shims were not properly tightened when the work was completed. Other than that, they did a good job

I contacted them in Facebook and told them what my situation was with my car. Randy, the owner, replied back to me right away with a very reasonable quote. He was the 1st mechanic to get back to me for a quote! His warranty was better than the other 2 by far for parts and labor! He answered all of my annoying questions after the quote. I also called his shop and the staff that answered the phone were pleasant and professional! Highly recommend!!

When traveling through, we lost all transmission fluid and were unable to drive. Sneller was able to squeeze us in even on a busy day. We appreciate their ability to accommodate, their expertise, and their speedy service.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have a 1990 Miata that we have owned for over 30 years. We were experiencing intermittent issues with the car not starting. I had taken my car in to several reputable automotive dealerships, and none could figure out what was causing the problem. I spoke with the owner, Randy Sneller, regarding the issue. He said, he would put one of his best mechanics on the problem. That mechanics name is Ryan Miner. Ryan did an excellent job diagnosing the intermittent starting issue and the problem was resolved. The car needed a few more minor adjustments to completely fix the problem, and that was done with no additional expense. I greatly appreciate the honesty and professionalism that I experienced regarding my initial encounter with this establishment and look forward to continuing to work with them for years to come. Thank you! PS..Karissa did a wonderful job communicating with us regarding the status of where we were at in fixing the problem all the way along through the process! A GREAT TEAM!

I live 3 hours away and my daughter is in Fulton for school. I typically do all my own vehicle mantainance and service but the distance creates an issue. We had a poor experience with what I would call a predatory shop that took full advantage of a young woman alone in a new world. Snellers did a very simple job for us but listened and understood that I cannot be there to make sure everything is good with the car. They took the time to check everything I asked and very thoroughly checked the car over and brought attention to some things I had not noticed. They will for sure be doing my routine maintaince for the years the girl is in Fulton or nearby. Thank you.

Our car needed new tires. We had them sent to Sneller and they installed them. The staff was professional and kind. I love the new texting system they have to let me know as soon as my car is ready!

Took my vehicle there twice for inspection which should take 20 to 30 min tops they took over a hour told me what was all wrong and gave me these crazy prices to have them fix it half the stuff they said didn't work was false so they are just money hungry and if you don't go in there with almost new parts on your vehicle they will say it's going bad and needs changed when you still have several thousands of miles left to go on that part. They want your money and they want to rip every bit out of you for it. DO NOT GO HERE!

We went in for an oil change and balance an tire rotation. We also recently had new shocks and strutts. Our ride is so much better now. It is like driving a new car. We highly recommend Snellers!
