Saved me a ton of trouble getting a stripped drain plug off. Used my own oil, filter, and replacement drain plug - in and out. Happy Customer! 😊

The only dislike was I needed to leave to get cash for a fee at Harris Teeter to pay because they had an issue with credit card payments. Everything else was great.

They added 2 extra quarts of oil and then pretend it wasn’t them.

Went for an oil change. They removed the cabin air filter and reinstalled it upsidedown. Now my air conditioner drain is clogged. spoke with a manager at the store and was told any help with this issue would need to come from someone above them. still waiting for the promised call from that person. Avoid this place. Edit: It's been several weeks and I never did receive a call from a manager even after being told I would. I can only assume customer service/support is way down on their list of priorities. I won't be back and I hope you won't either.

Came here today for my Tacoma because the place closest to me had the inspection machine down but to my surprise, I was in and out within a few minutes! The one guy working (probably the manager) was fast and friendly. Thank you so much!!!

I have been coming here for many years and only today felt the need to comment. In all honesty, most of the people who have worked here in the past weren't very friendly. Today I met Paul (HEY, PAUL! if anyone gets that reference, XD) who was very cordial and we even struck up a conversation. In addition, he and the team were quick and efficient, and I was out within a half hour. Thank you!!

These guys know what they’re doing. I tried a competitor and ended up leaking oil from a defective filter. Here they knew exactly how the others messed up. I’ve used snappy lube for years and highly recommend
