I brought a company fleet vehicle here for brakes and rotors after calling other shops that said it’d take at least a day to get parts in. I called Snappy Lube, and they said I could drop it off. Less than an hour or two later, I got a call it was ready for pickup despite a parking lot of customers when I dropped it off. They’re quick and fluent with all vehicles and company fleets.

The young man and lady were awesome. The lady was cute, polite and knows what she is doing. I was impressed and thought "Girlpower!" The young man was very nice too.😇

The staff was very nice, but I wasn't okay with the price I received today. I felt like I was overly charged, I've been going to them every year, never gotten charged almost $300.00 This is crazy, I don't know if I want to return, I wasn't expecting to pay that much money.

Fast service, a little disorganized, but overall they seem to have done a good job. Customer service could use some work, but that is not too uncommon with auto shops, so I would keep that in mind when visiting this location.

I got an oil change. The only positive was the service was snappy. $108.00 for an oit change is ridiculous. No prices are posted in the lobby so I guess I should have asked. What made matters worse was they didn't give me a sticker for my windshield.

The guys were polite but $149 for an oil change and two filters. Will not return. Next time I will not be lazy and just go to the dealership.

LADIES! Had my girlfriend run over here for a quick inspection today. One of the mechanics was very polite, but told her that the brakes were "squeaking and grinding, it sounds like metal on metal." The brakes on this car were replaced completely in the past 2 years. After she told him this, he doubled down and told her even his buddy heard it. He then went on to say it could be several different things, "it's either the rotors or the break pads." When she asked him to show her what was wrong, he insisted that it would take the whole day to pop the tire, hub cap, and lift the car up. She did not hear any "squeaking or grinding" when driving there, or on her way to the next mechanic. We decided on getting a second opinion, and the next shop made NO mention of the brakes grinding or squeaking, and passed the car for the inspection. I am grateful that the gentlemen here were polite, but if you are a lady, i highly recommend getting a second opinion from a different mechanic in the area just to double check their assumptions. 2/5 stars as they were polite and timely.

Very poor customer service. As a first-timer, I was neither greeted, nor shown the way to the waiting room. I later revisited the venue to discuss an oversight on my vehicle maintenance. The way that I was treated was exceptionally poor. I shall not be visiting this location again.

I never had a problem getting inspection for my car until today. I spoke with the assistant manager stated I could not get an inspection without my registration card that I could not find at the time.when we all know by law you do not need a card. You can look it up through the VIN # He told me I can speak to his general manager Dante. And told me the reason why he could not do it because people are stealing cars and putting them in other people's name. My name my address my licence matches my VIN #. Being that they're not an accredited BBB I could not report them. This is frustrating.

Facility needs updated at the least. Employees need better training, management and supervision. Employees should not be smoking while working. Especially when around and in my car!

Have been to this location several times to get inspections, oil changes and an oil leak repair -- I have had only positive experiences. Dante (and the entire crew, honestly) has been super helpful and kind. I went today for an inspection and was out of there in less than 10 minutes.

I went in for a state vehicle inspection and was charged $40. We got our other vehicle inspected somewhere else and it was only $13 (Valvoline at 1517 US 70 Garner). I looked online and the maximum that should be charged is $30. Will never do business here again. For the $40 I paid here, you can get an inspection at Valvoline and a car wash at the place next door. Edited to add to the businesses reply: my car has no after market tint. I have owned it the entire life of the vehicle and it has never had tint added (or any after market changes actually). This vehicle AND the one that was inspected for $13.60 are from the same year.

I took my car here for an oil change, during that service the techs felt like something was off with my coolant levels. I inquired after they told me this and I’m thankful. They went above and beyond, quickly and professionally. I will be returning for future oil changes.
