So many great things I could say about smith’s auto I could go on all day. I’ve used them for years. I had to go through so many mechanics to finally find one that was honest all across the city. I will gladly travel to bring my vehicle here. Brian the owner has always been more than fair not just all Price but with labor he has always covered anything that he has installed. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a place that doesn’t make mistakes but at least here they have always put their clients first and taken care of any mistake that was ever made, and I’ve never had the same mistake twice. I’ve had other places if I bring it in for an oil change. Next thing you know the brakes need to be done or something else goes wrong and it’s just to continuous rotation of problems. But not here he fixes my vehicles and that’s a wrap. Highly recommend Smith’s auto to anyone that is sick and tired of dealing with these other automotive rip off artist.

Took my car in because my engine light came on because of a screw up by Walmarts automotive oil change and they checked for engine problems and found nothing wrong and they were so kind and no charged me. Wow never in my 66 yrs have I ever thought there would such an honest auto shop. Thank you to Smith auto!

I would use them again and recommend this place to those of you who need your car fixed. My car was so old that no one is willing to fix it. They worked with me, with salvage parts too. The car was so old that Lexus stopped having the master cylinder available. I found a preowned master cylinder with the power brake booster attached. The power brake booster was the part that is broken. They even own up the responsibility to make sure to use the master cylinder that is working. I am able to drive my 1996 Lexus LS400 again. Thank you guys. What a great job you guys did. Two thumbs up!

This is the most honest and reliable shop I have ever used. I have brought in two different vehicles for repair. In both cases, I had an idea of what was wrong and knew it would be expensive. Both times, they determined that what was wrong was different than what I thought and cheaper to fix. Don't second guess this shop. You won't regret it.

Brian Smith (owner/manager) of the repair shop is the most responsive, honest, reliable, kind, and intelligent auto repair guy I have ever met in my life. Recently, I had a sensor outage in my 2019 Ford F-250 and I took to Autozone to have it confirmed. They said it was probably just a sensor problem so I replaced it. Unfortunately it was much worse than that. I called Brian's shop and explained the predicament, and that I was scheduled to go on a roadtrip that very afternoon. He called the local Ford dealership to have the part available for pick-up by me. I picked it up and drove to his shop to have it installed which it promptly was. I live in downtown Houston and do not drive anywhere for any service (doctor, dental, etc.) but I will always go to Brian's shop for auto/truck problems going forward. He is the man!

I will not elaborate on what it was they did (as they made a one time exception and went above and beyond to help me out of a bind)... but I definitely had to mention this and leave a review as not many places would do this now days and it meant more to me than they will ever know!!! Thank you Michael and Chris!! On top of this, I have taken my car in for repairs and it was always fixed timely and right. I highly recommend Smiths.

Best car repair experience I ever had, was there at 8 and my car was ready before 11:30 even though they had to wait for the part to come from the dealership. They were very honest and did a great job! I won't go anywhere else!

Great service and cheaper compared to the dealer. Slight mishap after a repair was done, but it was quickly remedied. We’ve taken 3 cars here and all have been good experiences.

took my Honda van to repair a oil leak they told me it was the oil pan did the job and it didn't fix it went back and they give me a long extimate for stopping the leak I spend 400 dollars and they did not fix it .
