Repaired my Tundra when the sais pump failed. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Repaired, and returned my truck. The price for this repair was quite reasonable.

Don't go here. They scam they lie. They will destroy your car. My car was running when I had it towed it and now it won't start at all.. I had it brought in for the catylic converters and then they said throttle needed to be don't then the transmission then the "engine is blown" atleast that's what they told the tow driver when I had them go retrieve my vehicle however they never told me that part. Don't go here. Highly don't recommend.

Smith automotive did a great job on my alignment for my 10th gen Civic SI. They got me in exactly when they said they would. I was out in an hour with great service and they've solved the problems with no additional fees or parts needed. I highly recommend these guys. Their prices are fair and their service is excellent. That's hard to find in the automotive industry nowadays.

I just called and spoke to a lady about trying to get my AC fixed on my car and she told me they are not interested once I told them I had never been there before. I was kinda caught off guard! Don’t recommend!

My daughter's car broke down between Raleigh and Charlotte. She pulled over and left the keys and the Dropbox overnight on a Sunday. Their service was excellent. Clean and professional with the right amount of southern hospitality and NASCAR with pictures of Pawpaw and grandson on the wall. Thank you!

The best Maintenace service around with excellent customer sevice. I have been using Smith Automotive for many years. Daryl and the mechanics are very thorough and knowledgeable with many makes and models. He's done excellent work on my Acura MDX and Nissan Maxima. I've thus far has never had to take my car back in for follow up on a job they completed. Thanks Daryl and Staff!!

I was referred to Smith Automotive several years ago, it was perhaps, the best referral I've ever gotten. Our family is blessed to now, know the owners, since they are honest, personable, and driven to serve their customers. Darrell and Fred know their business and deliver on their work. They do not " parts chase," which many shops practice. If they cannot diagnose problem, they won't just replace parts hoping to fix problem. Very knowledgeable, well ran business. My father always said that you don't eat at a restaurant that has a skinny cook, or one that has few cars in their parking lot. If you applied this reasoning to Smith Automotive, their parking lot is always full, with cars lined up on the streets, waiting for customers to pick them up. They are prompt, honest and respectful of your time and money and have earned their stellar reputation, by hard work and dedication to their profession. I would highly recommend this business.

Smith Automotive did a wonderful job! They were able to put me on the schedule in the morning and fix my brakes within the same day. They did great work and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Definitely would recommend!

Smith Automotive is the best auto repair service I have ever used. They were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and professional. They diagnosed and fixed a problem with my Chevrolet pickup that at least six other repair shops were unable to diagnose or fix over the span of two years. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I will definitely use Smith Automotive for all of my service and repair needs in the future. I highly recommend Smith Automotive to anyone who needs automotive service or repair.
