Please don't come here. I had a coolant issue on my 5hr drive so it was an emergency. They had me wait several hours only to finally screw in one small part of the engine like literally just a push in screw, and just replacing one hose.. That is all they did. And how much it costed me? $200. And then when I drove my car down the street it shut down, even worse than when I first had smoking car issue. I called him afterwards and he told me there's not much he can do about it, and will not refund me. It is my fault for not knowing much about cars but shame on them they will rip you off DO NOT COME HERE.

I wandered in to Smart Motors after work in Madison one day to look at vehicles and figure out what kind of vehicle I wanted. Our Lease was up on our truck soon and my husband had told me that I couldn’t go wherever I wanted to turn the truck in and get a new vehicle. I did not listen of course because The Hesser Store was a nightmare experience with our truck they sold us the wrong truck we left with the wrong truck and I had to bring the truck back and exchange it after I had already had it for a day or two because of their screw up. The experience with that Store was terrible and I never wanted to work with them again ! I met Mia and she explained everything to me gave me all the details I needed. Let me drive several different vehicles and did a lot of research for me on what I really wanted and I finally talked my husband into coming there to meet her and do business with them, we had the best experience ever from start to finish and there is a bow on my brand new beautiful car when we came and picked it up ;).

Roy tells you what is wrong & price options. He gives suggestions but at the end of it its your decision on what you would like. He takes you even when it’s short notice.

Amazing service! They were able to get me in right away and take care of my brake problem. They talked to me like a normal person and didn’t berate me the way some mechanics do. I would give them all the stars in the world.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went to this place once about a year ago. I had to change a torque converter seal. They charged me 1,200 dollars. I don’t know anything about cars so I paid them. My dad calls me and tells me that was way too much but it was too late. If you don’t know anything about cars they will take advantage of that as much as they can do not trust them.

Smart Auto Repair was amazing when our brakes went out on a six hour road trip. From the time we called them to the time we were back on the road, it was only an hour and a half! They managed to secure the right parts and change the brakes so quickly. Thank you so much for your help!

I'm the owner of smart auto and shianne williams work was done well. He was given 30 days of work guarantee and 6 months of warrenty in parts. After 27 days he showed up claiming money without the parts that were installed in the truck. The only thing he wanted was money which i didnt understand because all the work was done well. He even doubled check the vehicle before he left and he even said everything was done well and he drove the truck before leaving. I let all client's test there cars before leaving the shop.

They dont know or care about what they do to your car i paid them close to $1000 and they didnt fix what i brought the car down for and at that more issues with the car arise which now will cost another $1000. And they know they messed up because they started talking in Spanish so i couldnt understand them. They said things were broke that wasnt broke on it before but i would have to pay to fix them.... Extremely unprofessional and honestly just some cons...dont be fool never ever bring your car here they're literally will ruin your car and tell you you gotta fix it....wish i could post picutres but car now in another shop getting fixed again...!!!!

They fixed my brakes well we thought. We payed alot of money for a good job and we tipped them. We take it for a ride one time and the brakes make a bang then we take it to a different shop and the caliper is broke that smart autosauto it out and used two different bolts to put it back on like job well done. We are not happy at all they put our family in danger. I dont recommend them to any one.
