We are so lucky to have such a fantastic business nearby. Flawless and quick oil changes every time, of course but what really sets this place apart are the people and their honesty. We get friendly service every time but outside the oil change is where they really set themselves apart. My partner took her car there because it was running really roughly. She has no insight into automotive diagnostics or what it takes to fix anything on a car. They could have told her it was a $1,000 part that would take a week to get in and fix. She would have believed them. But, Tristan quickly figured out it was a single coil pack causing the problem and fixed it for her in under an hour for about $100. My mother had a very similar experience here as well with a different car, a different problem at a different time. Same incredible experience with this business. It is easy to say you're a customer focused business but the honesty and ethics shown by this business is where the proof is really demonstrated. They may not be able to fix every problem with every car, but they will get a shot at it from our family before anyone else. And, of course, every oil change my entire family needs will be done at Slick's every time for as long as they are there. This is the kind of local business that deserves our support. And they'll get it from me.

I WENT THERE THIS MORNING TO GET OIL CHANGED AND A HEADLIGHT REPLACED. I LEFT IT THERE SINCE I ONLY WORK ABOUT A MILE AWAY. THEY CALLED ME IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES AFTER I LEFT IT THERE AND TOLD ME I WOULD NEED AN AIR FILTER SOON AND I TOLD THEM TO GO AHEAD AND REPLACE IT AS WELL. THEY CALLED ME BACK IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND SAID IT WAS DONE. SUPER FAST AND VERY FRIENDLY. I WILL START GOING THERE FOR ALL MY SERVICES NOW. GIVE THEM A TRY, YOU WONT REGRET IT.

I have been going to this place for years (even before the name and ownership change), and I always recommend it to everyone I know! Even when I moved to middle Tennessee, I'd try to stop here for my needs when in town, and ever since moving back, I've never given thought to going anywhere else! They are always nice, professional, quick, and easy! You can get all your needs taken care of in mere minutes, and they will never recommend or push anything on you that they don't feel you truly need! Honestly, this is probably one of the best places you'll ever have the pleasure of working on your car!!

I was referred to Slicks In and Out by an employee of a retail parts store. I generally prefer a referral which are most of the time good. The referral to Slicks was one of the best ever. After calling Slicks about my issue Mike said repair costing 1.5 hours of labor. The kicker was they allowed me to bring my purchased part but was told they were back logged for 2 weeks. It took Mike 2 seconds to tell me if I could bring it in by the next day he’d get it finished quickly. In less than 24 hours they called and said my car was ready. My labor cost was exactly what was quoted which happened to be $300 less than a specialty shop that works on this type vehicle. I’ve already told a half dozen friends and family about this unbelievable repair facility on Western Ave. Slicks has all of mine and my friends and families business for live. Word will travel fast about Slicks In and Out and thanks Joshua for the referral.

We have been using Slick's since 2019 and love their service, professionalism, and prices! They're all so kind and almost all the staff has been there since we started going which is a great sign that they're a good place to work for. Had to get my brake pads changed last minute before traveling for the holidays last year and even though they were busy they made sure to fit me in. A few months later I was having check engine light issues and they were very honest that the issue was likely something that was covered under my manufacturers warranty for free through the dealership. As a woman I appreciate the friendly and honest service!

I needed brakes on my car and a friend recommended to come here. I was helped by Tristan and to make a long story short the dealership wanted $900 for front breaks on My Stinger GT2 ! I got all four done for way way way less! Their service and kindness have won my business. We have 4 vehicles and will be using them for all 4! I highly recommend!

Incredible people with incredible service! Easy to work with, great prices, and fast. Another places quoted me $740 for a brake issue that Slicks fixed for $150. The unfortunate reality is that as a young woman I’m used to getting scammed for car services. But their associate took the time to walk me through my options and give her advice on what I should do based on my price point. Genuine, hardworking people!

Wow! What a great experience. I always dread getting oil changes, but Slick’s made the process quick, easy, and entirely painless. True to their name, I was “In & Out” in 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. Safe to say that I’ll be a regular from now on!

After searching online for a reliable and reasonably priced place to get an oil change, I found Slick’s In & Out Oil Change. The positive reviews caught my attention, so I decided to check them out myself. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt, friendly, and professional service. As soon as I drove in, I was greeted by Akimi (I hope I’m spelling that correctly), who was courteous and professional. She asked about the service I needed and promptly had my car moved to the Bay Area, where the staff immediately got to work. It was impressive to see how smoothly and efficiently the team performed their checks. I opted for a full synthetic oil change, which cost around $75, including taxes. At no extra charge, they also checked the transmission for leaks, air filter, cabin filter, wiper blades, and all fluids (brake, radiator, and washer). I decided to replace my cabin and air filters for a reasonable additional cost. Throughout the entire process, Akimi kept me informed, which I appreciated. One of the best parts of the experience was how quick and efficient the service was, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. If you’re looking for a place to get an oil change or other vehicle service, I highly recommend Slick’s In & Out Oil Change. They offer great value for your money, and it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had with any car service company.

HONEST mechanics! I know the owner Akemi and her husband and they are great people. They have turned me away several times because nothing was wrong with my car. I trust them and that’s saying a lot because you already KNOW that oil change places are typically crooks 😆

I've been in the quick lube industry before(its been 20 years), and these guys know their stuff! I recently bought a used truck and haven't had it looked over, but they did have some recommendations. I was there maybe 15 minutes, but that was from me having questions and having them check stuff. Great crew, I would definitely recommend them. I will be back in 3k!!

This is the only place I get my car worked on. They’re fast, cheap, and they never feel like they’re ringing you for more money. They checked my air filter, showed how easy it is to replace, and topped off my tires all for free without me even asking!
