These people are just liar. They kept my vehicle for one week charged me 2 times and again the same problem. Complete waste of time waste of momey. Will never reccomend this place to anyone

We gave them 2012 Honda odyssey with the issue of Alternator they took a week to fix it but when I got my van back the engine check light is on and the exhaust is not working properly Very pathetic service bad customer support not recommended

I'm usually very wary of automotive service places because the fear of getting ripped off and I'm not very familiar with car stuff BUT this place rocks!! I had them fix an overheating issue on my car and they went and beyond to fix it! Previously, my car could hardly go down the road without overheating but after they took care of it, she runs like an star athlete!! Also they led me in the right direction to make sure my car went to the right place to ensure she passed smog! If I ever need any more auto repair, I know where I'm going back to! Great prices and honest workers <3

Auto diagnostic for 2017 jeep Cherokee for my transmission. Which I already new something was wrong with transmission. Left it there wasted 5 days to get there and the lady at front desk was rude as heck did not even say hi. We had to say something first still no reaction Then she calls mechanic to give update on my car to hear him say ya I don't work on that year of model I don't have that equipment. So why did he even charge me for the diagnostic which I did not get a complete print out and he knew that he was not going to be able to do that. I would have preferred him to tells up front than lie to get that fee. Things are hard right now as is and to have someone just like that lie is pretty messed up. They are not honest and front desk lady Rude. Also the took something off my key phobe that hold my key together and said I dropped it off like that Really!!!!!

SUCH a great auto shop! Family owned a run, VERY honest, VERY fair, and VERY knowledgeable. I've been to almost every shop in town including the dealership and this is my #1 go to. Great quality work. Friendly staff, trustworthy, just all around amazing. My whole family takes our cars to them and they always fix our cars right.

They always do excellent work, very fair in price, and I trust the work they do. 4 stars just because they'll say your vehicle will be done "EOD", but they'll forget to call you...or work on your vehicle....for a couple of days...but when they do work on it, its always done right!

Took my son's 4runner to a local "dealer" shop for oil change and was told that the rear brakes needed to be replaced at the cost of $430.00 since they were below safety threshold. I knew the brakes were in good shape since we had the car gone through just about a year ago. Needless to say, I wanted a second opinion. I have taken our brake jobs and repairs to Slack's for years and always had an honest, fair price experience. After Bruce and Jeff checked the car out they confirmed my suspicion that the brakes (front and rear) were in good shape and had more than 60% left. I normally don't write reviews but Slack's deserves a SHOUT OUT for their continued HONESTY AND INTEGRITY!!! Give these guys a your business if you want an HONEST auto repair experience. Keep up the good work guys, it is appreciated!!! Final bill...Slack's charged me $10.00 for replacing the bad signal light bulb. J. Mann

Our family has 7 cars, suv's and pickups and we take all of them to Slack's. The new owner Jeff and crew always do the job well and anytime we have had minor issues after a repair they gladly take care of it. They are a very busy shop, so if you want your auto back in the shortest amount of time, you need to call for an appointment. The cost there is reasonable...some other shops are outrageous and don't know of too many "cheap" car repair shops out there. Another plus is, they are open until 6:00 p.m. weekdays and usually at least a half day on Saturday. Long story short, we recommend them and will continue to take our autos there! =)

Steve Slack is the best. He's honest, super nice, fantastic work, fast and his prices are beyond fair. Lots of cool stuff to check out when you walk in to. Basically you cannot go wrong here. I tell everyone I know to go there because there is no one better.
