HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT USE. sadly i was involved in a car accident. The police called a tow company. Sky top towed my car to their yard, I paid them, and then the owner called me personally and told me he refused to release my car to the driver who came to pick it up. I was in the middle of a work day, and I did not need this headache on top of needing a tow already. When I got my car back there was interior damage from the driver. I have a broken panel on my dash board that I can not replace due to my cars age. These people are reckless and irresponsible. Get AAA. Or someone else. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

It's so sad to see a company trying to get over on people that are struggling. Their staff the lady's are rude and awful. Jeremy looks like you've had a poor month with alot of unhappy people. Things will caught up with you overtime. Good luck

This tow company is awful called them this morning got hung up on by one of the young ladies that work in the office. Then talked to the owner and he also talked over me. They don’t know how to conduct business because it is a business at the end of the day. He also tried to tell me that I gave two of the young ladies in his office a hard time which was a lie one of the young ladies I had no issue with it. Secondly, never got to the hear my side of the story stated he’s the boss he’s in control and owns my car.. They talk to you like you’re less than a human being and they’re very demeaning. I had to hang up on him very unprofessional. .

I got stuck with my youngest in the parkinglot and i called AAA, they sent KURT from Skytop Motors. He is such an awesome person. I had such a wonderful experience and he did a really great job with towing my vehicle to my shop of choice. Exceptional service and treated my son and I like family. I give KURT from Skytop 5 bright stars. Thank you so much Kurt!!!!

Skytop Towing is an exceptional company. A couple of weeks ago they came to our rescue as a God send. While driving down Riverside in Bristol my son’s car died. Just quit with no notice. He was stranded with his wife and baby in a scary situation. They called me to get the mama and baby home while my son handled the car situation. We called AAA and was told to wait 5 hours for a tow. I then called another tow company that wanted $180 to tow the car 6 blocks. No thanks. I remembered hearing good stories about Skytop so I called them. The gentleman who answered my call had just gotten home to his own family but was willing to hop back into his truck and come help us. He was there in 20 minutes. He was able to get the call ticket from AAA and he brought the car to our mechanic which is Hamlin & Sons. He also dropped my son off at my house in Bristol and we were able to get him home afterwards. This guy went above and beyond what anyone could hope for. He had empathy. He put himself in our shoes and showed he cared. I can’t thank this company enough for showing compassion in a time of need. I am grateful and I appreciate you, Skytop! A big, genuine THANK YOU for helping us in a scary time of need. God bless you all. Kurt was the gentleman that put his own interests aside and came to our rescue. Only someone with a genuine concern for others would do that. You are a great man, Kurt. Thank you.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mike this morning when he came to tow my vehicle. Aside from the quick professional service i received, Mike was also an amazing human. Mike if you see this, please know you made my day and the experience was so easy and anxiety free! I will now use this company for any needs my vehicle has and that they can service! Horrible service told me to sign release online and that I could come clean out car this weekend. Show up no one is here because they're on vacation. Eden after I was told by the tow guy Friday I could come this weekend. And the lady I spoke to on the phone Friday told me I could sign the online release and come. Horrible would not recommend.

Broke down 70 miles from destination and they towed both my truck and uhaul trailer with separate drivers that night for me and did an inspection of the problem the next day Frida of memorial day weekend. Great service and people. Thanks from an Illinois woman broke down in CT!!

Kurt G lent me both his jack and air pump so that I could fix my car on the side of the road and drive away without having to pay for a tow. Absolutely amazing person and I'll be eternally grateful for his help!

Called AAA for a tow and Skytop came. Driver was super nice and friendly. Suggested he try to jump the car first, which he did and it worked. He then told me what to do to get a new battery instead of going to dealer, which is what the message on my dashboard said. It has been a week since then and his advice was solid and my car is working great. Thank you so much for such outstanding service!

Sky top motors is a 10/10. Kyle and Kurt were phenomenal. I needed a tow and they went above and beyond just for little ole me. THIS COMPANY LEFT ME STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH A FLAT TIRE NEVER SHOWED UP NEVER HELPED ME FIND A SOLUTION I WAS FORCE TO DRIVE MY CAR HOME WITH A FLAT AND DESTROYED THE RIM THE DRIVER I SPOKE WITH CALLED ME BLOCKED REFUSED TO GIVE ME A NAME AND OR THE COMPANY NAME BUT AFTER DOING MY RESEARCH I WAS ABLE TO FIND OUT THAT THIS WAS THE GARAGE RESPONSIBLE…..AND THE DRIVERS NAME WAS CURT OR EITHER KIRK IF HE WAS TELLING THE TRUTH ON THAT

Their tow truck just sped going well over 50 in a 25mph street and did not slow down at all when approaching a truck backing into their driveway, ridiculous driving, it’s like the guy wasn’t even looking at the road.

I needed a tow today. First I tried to go through my insurance since I pay for road side assistance. But they had me sitting around for 4hrs waiting. I ended up canceling that service and reached out to the owner of Skytop, Jeremy, and he put me in touch with his dispatcher. They were able to get someone out to me within 25min. Not only was it fast service, but it was also reasonably priced and the driver did his thing with precision and took care of my baby.

My Chevy express was having issues tonight and wouldn’t start. I called AAA to have it towed and they completely dropped the ball and forgot to process my request after waiting hours for a tow truck that was never coming I’m pretty sure you can understand my frustration I was told they finally got Skytop Motors LLC dispatched. I received a call from Kurt instantly after hanging up with AAA and he explained to me very thoroughly exactly what happened with AAA. Kurt came to my house very fast and was very empathetic of my situation. Kurt tended to my situation like it was his very own he was very professional and took very very good care of me. Kurt thank you so much for your help buddy. I will be using Skytop Motors LLC from now on for all my mechanical and towing needs.

This place was great for a tow but when the bill came and I went over it after, they charged $130 inspection fee I’m not sure what that entails but you would think it would be to make sure everything was OK with the car after the accident, if that was exactly what it was they would have noticed a few things that broke during the accident but it shows they didn’t care to look or tell me. I went to Firestone right after I left thank goodness for a $10 inspection fee and they found everything this place didn’t just save your money and go somewhere else especially if it’s for inspection.
