I came in with a leak in my tire .They took the truck right in and promised completion in 90 minutes. . 45 minutes later the truck was done, they even did a free safety inspection.

I found Skips via Groupon and signed up for a great deal on a full synthetic oil change including a tire rotation at a very fair/reasonable price. My experience was excellent! These folks are very professional and efficient. They gave my entire car a complete check over in addition to the oil change and tire rotation and at the end provided me with a very thorough computerized report, Including images of tires etc.,on their findings. I left feeling like I had a major service on my car when in fact it was simply an oil change. I left thinking how pleased I was that that I went there. I would highly recommend this auto service business. I will certainly continue to use their services in the future. 👍🙂

We've been going to Skip's for 9 years. That might change. Mechanics were super unprofessional and distracted, completely stopping work to have a deep discussion about video games, delaying my car being released by over an hour. Then, at checkout, I come to find they were SO distracted, they forgot to do some of the work I brought it in for. Having them rectify cost me more time and frustration. Then, on the way home, the newly-installed tire pressure sensor failed. Taking it back will cost even more time and frustration. Mechanics were SO distracted, I don't trust them from a safety standpoint.

Customer service was excellent but their price gouging was dishonest. If a tire is gonna cost $125, you should advertise that price, not the $70 price. All your fees should be included in your pricing, not this cost that nobody’s gonna see.

Had a wheel alignment perfomed and the technician ripped the end of the rack and pinion bellows and did not mention this. Sloppy and unprofessional.

I came here without an appointment during an emergency and they were able to get my car back on the road like new the next day (time it took for new tire to be ordered and replaced). They were kind and professional and I would go here again for tire help/auto repairs.

A few months ago I purchased a tire from Skip's tire and Auto repair. However today another tire was low on air so I figured I must have some sort of puncture. I went in towards the end of their work day and they said they'd investigate it. Well within an hour and a half I had a puncture repair free of charge, just because I'd purchased a tire there previously. I had fully planned to be charged for the repair. I was blown away at the excellent customer service from Zachary and the young man who fixed my tire. Very professional there! This is where I will go for all of my tire and auto needs. You don't want to miss the courtesy and the professionalism at Skip's. Thank you Zachary I appreciate you!

I was very pleased with the service at Skip's. I ended up needing two new tires due to unrepairable damage and they were able to take care of it within just a few hours. Customer service was excellent, very clear communication throughout the whole process. I'll definitely be back!
