I placed an order for four tires through Amazon, intending to have them shipped here for installation. The tires were delivered, and I even received a call from this location to confirm the installation date or reschedule if I was available. During that call, I informed them that I had decided to return those tires and purchase better ones instead. Today, I came to pick up the original tires that had already been delivered here, but they were nowhere to be found. The employee I spoke with was not helpful at all. He kept asking me to understand his position, but he failed to grasp the fact that my tires are missing. Instead of taking responsibility or providing a solution, he insisted I wait for the manager, Raul, who was unavailable due to meetings. He couldn’t provide a specific time for Raul’s return and said he couldn’t contact him either. This has resulted in me wasting hours of my time with no resolution. While waiting, I observed another customer being refused service for the third time, despite having an appointment. This indicates significant management issues at this location. I will be reporting this to Amazon regarding my lost tires, and I will not be shipping my new tires here again.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place, I just got my alignment on my Tesla Model 3 by Dan Nguyen and he was able to help me within minutes and picked up 45 minutes later, I cannot recommend these people enough, great place and I hope they get more recognition

Integrity Issue + Customer Service Issue here. We were here due to a nail stuck on our tire on the way home from the beach with two little kids. It was around 3:45pm, and they said they could do it right away - no wait in line, so we checked in. They quoted us $80 for 1 patch which we thought was over-priced, but we decided to just do it instead of looking for a different repair shop with tired kids. Then, there were couple more people came in, and all of a sudden, the front desk said there are 2 people ahead of us. We did not want to argue in front of our kids, so we decided to wait. At about 4:45pm, after one hour of wait, the technician came back and said, the nail is too close to the edge, so he could not patch it. The front desk person said we had to purchase a new tire, but they were closing in 15 minutes! Why did they not tell us when they checked the tire, so we did not have to waste our time there? And, my husband is car-savvy, and he knew the patch could be done easily. We asked the guy to pump the tire, so we could leave (the psi went down further while we waited). Then after my husband dropped us off at home, he went to the auto shop near our house. The technician there patched it immediately for $30. Our car is a brand new (only a few month old) Model X, so the tire is new, and they tried to sell us a $500+ tire when the patch could have been done after making us wait for one full hour. Well, thanks to them to help us save $50 on the patch work?

Really bad customer service, very rude person on front desk, charged more than the website price. Asked for explanation but got none. Manager told me that you pay while buying tire you pay 26 dollars now you pay 58 dollars, made me wait an hour and a half, I am thinking of contacting the corporate office.

The managers there are very friendly and helpful. I do need to ask a few questions so I can clear up any misunderstanding. I came in for an oil change and they said it will take about 2 hours and it was finished it in a little less than an hour. I’m very happy with the job they’ve done on my car. Will definitely come back in the future.

The work they do at the end is good but heir front desk person need to learn how to Communicate with their customers. He was very rude and cuts off the conversation and told customers including me that they don’t need to sell me any tires. Maybe he had a bad day but not a good experience for me.

I live in the United States for more than 10 years, and this auto repair shop provided the worst experience i have ever had in the US. I made an appointment for a simple oil change, it took these guys 4 hour to do the job. As I picked up car, my car engine light turns on. So I asked the manager to look at the engine light issue. The manager's reaction was, your engine light was on before you sent your car in, he insisited it was the car owner's problem, without any intention to apology. I asked them to at least show some effort to diagnosis where the problem is, the technician cluelessly bring the device to make a test, and had no idea how to fix it. I told them this could be a very simple problem since the engine light was turned on during oil change, it should be a very simple thing. The manager just refuse to think about it, say it could be very complicated. And he even show me the "evidence" on his computer, say the light was on before i sent the car in. I speak on him face, "you guys are dishonest". And I say, at least refund me the money for the oil change, so that i can go else where to check my engine light. The manager refund me $11, say he can't make full refund. Before I leave, i checked my engine on my own, and obviously, they dislocated a pipe there, so i asked the technican to take a look, so they simple connect the pipe, and the problem get solved, the technican said sorry. My service also included free tire rotation, they didn't do it, so I ask the manager to make it, meanwhile i was trying to observe his attitude. The manager say, are you going to pay the refunded $11 again. I directly insulted him, and gave him the finger... during the conversation with these guys, i realize they just have no idea how to fix the problem, and mindlessly play the blame game, they work together to cover each other, refuse to take any responsibility.... really the dumbest people ever seen in the US...

I usually have a great experience at this location. This last time was just the opposite. A new person was helping me and continuously demonstrated an "I know better" attitude and proceeded to pad the charges. I came in for a flat repair (tires originally from this shop) and he wanted to charge $80; his colleague next to him said it was $60 but he didn't want to believe it (the usual manager would have charged even less than that or done it for free). While I was at home, waiting for the repair, he called to explain they couldn't repair the flat because the tread was less than 3/32". It might have been, but I doubt it; I was in a rush before a trip and couldn't go back to the shop to verify this, so I reluctantly agreed to get new tires. He proceeded to tell me "he knows better" in selecting tires (but I was reading Consumer Reports test results to make my choice). Once we settled on tires, and the car was done, I realized he also did an alignment without getting my authorization. Again, I reluctantly agreed to pay for this. Then he was ready to charge my credit card before walking through the bill to explain all the extra costs. While declining their high-margin overpriced road hazard warranty (almost $200), he again kept making me feel like I'm making a bad choice. Overall, not a good experience.

Terrible experience. I purchased a Groupon for a synthetic blend oil change with a $10 rebate and scheduled an appointment for 7:30am at the Silver Creek Rd location through the company’s website. Upon arrival, Raul Serrano, the manager, claimed there was no appointment at 7:30am. Despite showing him two confirmation emails, he insisted it was an error on my part, showing his system had the appointment for 8am. Raul did not apologize and instead justified the discrepancy. As a customer, I followed through on my end and followed the information sent on the 2 confirmation emails. Please update your website to send out correct times and information for your clients to book. Raul also struggled to process my Groupon. I had bought it as a guest and showed the confirmation emails and the Groupon app multiple times. He seemed unaware of how to handle Groupons, especially those purchased as a guest. For anyone using a Groupon, avoid using a guest account as the redemption code differs. Raul needed a code starting with “VS.” I had to create a full account to get the code he wanted. For a store that is advertising and selling Groupons, your staff should be trained to know how to work it as well in order to pull up the correct information and INPUT the correct data. When picking up my car, they informed me they did a full synthetic oil change instead of the synthetic blend my Groupon covered and wanted me to pay the difference. I reiterated that my Groupon was for a synthetic blend and showed the confirmation screens again. Raul claimed I had verbally agreed to the full synthetic change despite what my Groupon says, which I had not. I had shown him my Groupon details multiple times. Raul eventually honored the agreed price. After that, Raul went into the back and said loudly “Man I HATE Groupon” to the rest of his coworkers. Loud enough that I heard it while I was standing at the front desk. His coworkers laughed. How unprofessional and disrespectful. Point blank, I showed the Groupon, he should’ve inputted the correct data and read the Groupon to know what the customer bought and is coming in for. Finally, when I asked about the $10 rebate included with my Groupon, the young man at the front desk dismissed my question, saying it didn’t matter since I had paid the difference. This question went unanswered, and after Raul’s outburst, I wanted to leave. Raul’s behavior made me feel like a nuisance. This was my first visit to Skip’s after moving to this city. I was hoping to find a reliable car shop to build a relationship with, but Raul Serrano ruined my experience.

This shop at Silver Creek road does a good job. They are super busy on weekends. Best time to get your car fixed is Monday to Thursday.

Not helpful people. I arrived there before 5 pm on Saturday and it says they close at 6 pm. I had flat tire and needed help. They first said they cannot help and they are short staffed. Then one guy came and said they can change the tire with some extra money while I was on phone. Then I went to ask they said we are closing you cannot be here. Very disappointing.

Staff is rude and careless. I booked appointment specifically on Friday morning to wait for quick service (got a confirmation call from them). To my surprise when I arrived - they started blaming me that I have chatted with main office and pushing back. Finally when they saw it in the system, continued to complain and I need to leave the car, come back later, etc, because they don't have enough mechanics, etc. I have done a service here a year ago, bad customer experience, same rude staff and THEY DO NOT CARE - you need to control every step of what they do.

This is my second review. The first went directly to Monroe and they sent an email invitation to call their 800 number. After an hour long hold finally able to describe my disappointment, my call was cut off. 1st, the prices on the Skips website are misleading. There is a significant charge for installation and service. Some of the tires are not always in stock or even available. I went ahead and purchased an alternate set of tires which were comparable to what I had been looking for. HOWEVER, after about 100 miles I noticed a significant bulge on the sidewall of the left rear tire. It looked like a defective tire. When I took it in I was told that because I had declined the road hazard coverage I would have to purchase another tire. The manager refused to consider it a defective tire. Bottom line, I wound up spending more than I would have going elsewhere. I know I'll not return for any service. I'll be waiting to see what Monro has to say. Three weeks and 1000 miles later I returned to Skips Tire and Auto. My concern with noisy tires continued. I brought my concerns to the Manager and asked him if there was anything he could do for me. Surprisingly he said he could swap out my tires under their "buy and try" program if paid the cost difference for the new tires. I have since been very pleased with the new tires and went ahead and purchased the road hazard warranty as the only additional cost. I have upped my rating from one to 4 stars mostly because of the professionalism and service at the location... the pricing and availability of what is available on the website could be improved.

Chose it due to proximity to my house but had a terrible experience both times. On my girlfriend's Subaru Impreza 2020, they did the brake service and told use we need to resurface the rotors (never even gave the option to replace) and charged us $900. And then the car was shaking and we took it back to them and they said we need new rotors and asked for $900 more for that. Getting all 4 brakes replaced at deanship costs less than $1800 which is what they are trying to charge me. Highly recommend not going here for any of your car servicing needs. I understand that the Evergreen area doesn't have a lot of options, but definitely well worth to drive a little further to better places than this place. Edit: At first when I said this is unfair, they told me this is their policy and the law and that by law they couldn't have offered to replace the rotors. When I pushed them on it they asked me to leave the store. But 30 minutes later they called me back and said that they will replace everything for free. Didn't say why, but I'm happy as long as I don't have to pay $900 more to get the an issue fixed that they caused.

Generally, I have been impressed with their customer service an their work, which is why my husband and I have been repeat customers. However, as a female, I think most shops try to get over on women on pricing. I was quoted 1K for front and rear brake pads. I did research online and called a few other places, including my Honda dealer, who quoted almost half the price! Ah, so sad. And to think, when I dropped my car off and was waiting outside for my Lyft, a woman came up and asked me if this place was good, and I said I had been here many times and I trusted them. In general, for anyone, especially women, please do your homework and/or get a second opinion before you agree to have work done.

Horrible experience. I came in to do a tire rotation. I called before hand and arrived. I noticed my front two tires were starting to wear out. They told me it would be about 1 hour 30 mins. I arrived at 12:30 and i had a phone appointment at 1:10 pm so i stepped out. When i came back inside at 1:45 . One of the two employees told me i needed two new tires.. i told him i know and i will take care of it asap. that is why i wanted a tire rotation in the mean time. he tried to convince me like 4 times to change them now. I said no… i just came in for the tire rotaion. So he told me to wait… in the mean time while i waited.. like 3 customers complained to another employee-the one that took my keys to drop off my car.. two of those customers got mad and where rude to the employee. The way the employee responded, I thought to my self, that he could work a little bit on his customer service. When that same employee finally decides to hand me my keys. He told me “you are all set thank you”. At this point its already 2:10pm I asked him, “don’t i have to pay for the tire rotation,” he said, “ no you didn’t want new tires” i had to end the conversation shortly after that because you can tell he wasn’t having a good day and was being very sarcastic.. I personally dont like to give someone a hard time ect. Why didn’t the other employee tell me they where not gonna do a tire rotation if i need two new tires? Maybe I would have considered it then?? WOW. The employee even parked my car on the handy cap section. I dont have a placard for that. My overall review is that the two employees need to work on communication. The younger one however, i dont think he will last here. I called another place And they did confirm that tire shops cannot Do tire rotations If your tire is under a certain thread too low. That is what I call communication, that is how you could have convinced me To get those two new tires.

Over the years, I've bought numerous tires and had brake job done there. Go in today to get a flat tire fixed (screw in tire) and they want to charge me $40! Tire was even off the car already. $40 to plug a hole for a long time customer. Took my tire elsewhere and they will never see another dime from me. Good job losing a long time customer for $40. I was about to take my other car in for a brake job, but no more.

I called and Raul the manager assisted me. He was professional ,very patient and helpful. He explained what will be done for my oil change. He gave me 2 hrs window period but my car was finished in 1 hr. I'm very satisfied with this Skip's service center on Silver Creek Rd. Will recommend others to patron them. Tk, Raul!

They maybe cheaper than the Honda/Toyota service, but they try to upsell you to do more and they definitely don’t keep their promised time. The front desk guys is unapologetic. The staff is rude.

Regardless of whether you have an appointment or not, and whether you choose to "drop off" or "stay and wait," you will likely end up waiting the entire day. I had an appointment on July 20th at 8:30 AM. There were four people ahead of me in line, and I wasn't checked in until almost 9:00 AM. I opted for the "STAY AND WAIT" option, expecting a wait of 1-2 hours. However, I was informed that it would take 4-5 hours because there were several cars ahead of mine. Realizing that waiting at the shop for 4-5 hours was impractical, I decided to Uber home. At 11:00 AM, I called for an update and was told that my car was currently in the bay and being worked on, and that I would receive a call when it was ready. By 12:15 PM, I still had not received a call. Due to my work schedule and the urgent need for my car, I decided to return to the shop at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, I saw my car in the bay with no one working on it. I was told it would be completed that day, but no specific time was given. Frustrated, I requested my keys back as I could not wait any longer. In the end, I paid over $100 for full synthetic oil, and I am uncertain if the service was even performed. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning.

This place tried to ask me to pay for additional services which i declined at the time., Then i realized when i picked up the csr that he put in the work order that i declined the free general inspection. This is absurd! I have been a coming to this place for many years. Now, the level of service sends m seems to be declining and the customer care seems to be no longer there. They just trying to get more $$$ from you.
