Friendly and timely service. I was told 3 hrs and got a call right around 3 hrs later. Picked up my car at my leisure. The alignment was really a game changer! Great experience, excellent customer service, friendly staff. I travel all over the country for work and get my oil changed as needed, usually far from home, John at the desk was friendly, professional and made me feel like I was a regular customer. Highly recommend!

I went for an oil change. The first person at the counter was helpful. He helped me by processing a Groupon coupon. So I received a call from another customer service person who told me that my front drivers side low beam bulb needed replacing. He gave me a quote and I declined that and asked him to proceed with the oil change. I received a phone call again from the second customer service person stating that the technician misspoke to him and that actually the oil filter was screwed on to tight and that they didn’t want to damage the casing. He gave me a quote of over $300 to fix that. I told him no and that I would get a second opinion. So, I was not charged anything, but the Groupon coupon was not refunded. When I checked the front drivers side low beam bulb it was not in securely and was working

This appointment for a tire rotation was done in a very reasonable amount of time, the quoted price didn’t change when I was ready to pay, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Called John at Skip for a flat tire fix / replacement (very courteous on phone). Was greeted by Jeff upon arrival who gave us all options to replace the tire. We asked for a fix before replacement. Tire was replaced in 2 hours and car was ready for pickup. Transparent service, good guys. They earned my business going forward

The most honest shop I have ever been to. John took care of me fast and fairly. He educated me on proper brake/rotor replacement. I left feeling smarter and like I spent my money well. John's service will have me coming back for years to come. couldnt be more grateful for his service

Ben was very professional and polite. Explained everything to me. Had a front end alignment, tire rotation and a patch for one tire. Reasonable price. Very happy with service here on Blossom Hill. They do have wifi.

Nick is the man!!! I went to Cottle location for alignment and they messed it up badly then tried telling me my car hit a pothole or got into a collision and I should take it to a collision center, I come to blossom hill location and they get the alignment correctly done. Nick was quick to process the paperwork and got the car ready within an hour or so with no additional charges!!

This is one of the few places close by that will check your tire pressure for free. So helpful. And when I needed new tires, they had what I needed in stock and could see me that day.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake/fluids/battery/tire check. Excellent customer service from John(manager). Professional techs. Prompt service. Clean facility. Thoroughly impressed. Made another appt for another car!

Went to Skip on Blossom Hill to receive service on and oil change tire rotation, and they provided excellent service and caring more about making me happy than following Groupon guidelines, which were actually flawed from the beginning… The shop on Blossom Hill provided me with a service sticker in the window that provided me with actual mileage to be serviced on the next service, Which the store on Cottle never could provide, and never would provide after asking several times to have a sticker placed in my window. They just ignored me, so I won’t be using them anymore on Cottle Rd . I’ll go to blossom Hill location, and you should too…! Cottle road Location does not provide excellent customer service, because they won’t even follow a simple Request, a very simple request a service sticker that I could follow! I have three vehicles that I have to maintain and if I don’t know when the vehicle was serviced, it’s hard to maintain…!
