It's messed up when you're own kind try to over charge for somethin that was only 150$ including a oil change.. They tried to charge 386$ Overpriced DO NOT GO THERE!!

Took my car in for an oil change before my road trip and was in and out before my lunch break was over. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what else I needed on my car (heard her explaining what needed to be done to 2 other people that came in while I waited also.)

Update: Been bringing all our vehicles here for some time now. Staff is friendly, prices are good. Air conditioned waiting area with a water cooler. Service is fast.

Went to get an inspection. They stated the tint was too dark. No problem,fine, left, took off tint. Went to a shop closer to home. These pathetic miserable individuals tried to block me from getting an inspection in the inspection system. Don"t use this company.

Family-owned. Conveniently located straight off the highway. Very easy to find. While you're waiting. The immediate area has several different varieties of restaurants. Family and franchise owned eateries. customer service is A+. The staff takes the time to explain the work. Staff is bilingual and friendly. Elderly and Military friendly great coffee. The owner took the time to greet and ask how I was feeling. The espresso machine makes a great cup

I went for an oil change every since they touched my vehicle it has been squeaking very bad.. charged me double then what i normally pay charged me for extra oil after he said he wasn't n i have a mechanic i was n a rush so i went to him i know my car only take 5qts i was charged for 6 .. i don't recommend n i wouldnt doubt if they put the wrong oil n my car.. n let me add his assistant only changed my oil no checks was done not at all .. i could have went to firestone for 40 bucks 😕 😪

My truck has sat at Sincere auto for two weeks. I keep getting told that it would be ready in a day then two days. Now it’s we are still waiting on a part. But if I had taken it to the shop down the street it would already be fixed without a deposit and the run around about parts not being there. Price has change three times since day one. Mechanic is great but whomever it is that’s running the place isn’t handling business properly.

I've been taking my vehicles to Sincere for a few years now..Was just in and had my brakes done...great people...honest, friendly and fair...(I wish they had a bigger waiting area, but hey, a girl can dream.)
