Great service! Took my BMW for a coolant leak, Ryan and his team were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue within few hours. Round trip uber so I didn’t have to loiter in the waiting area is a major plus. Thanks gents, keep up the good work.

Easy to schedule and prompt service. I have taken my vehicle there twice (once for emergency service - damaged and unable to drive and once for routine maintenance) and in both instances/times the staff was kind and eager to help. A positive overall experience with zero complaints. I will return to Simply Euro for all of my vehicle needs.

Like most car people, where I bring my pride and joy is a matter of great stress to me. Knowing that these guys had so many 5 star google ratings was a good sign…needed a “quick” fix that turned out to be not so quick, but they took care of it with ease. They even fixed another little issue while they were in there, something I wouldn’t have been able to do myself and didn’t charge me or say anything just a nice cherry on top of an already great experience. These guys are my new go to place and I look forward to the continued relationship!

I had a really good experience here from communication to my car repair. Every time I spoke to someone on the phone they were very cordial and helped me understand the situation. Repair was quick. I would want to continue to use their services as it’s hard to find someone I can trust with any car repair especially as a woman. Thank you everyone! UPDATE: Rating updated from 2 to 5 stars! This is an update to my original review. Fast forward one year and the problems I had outlined in my original review have been resolved. The new manager, Ryan contacted me personally and offered me to make things right. New upgraded rotors and pads installed, and he only charged me for the parts. He and his crew were very professional and courteous - especially with all the questions and concerns I had! I’m very pleased with the service they provided. Thank you Ryan and the SimplyEuro crew for making things right 👍🏻

SimplyEuro did a great job on my 2011 Audi A8 4.2. So far, they have replaced the valve cover seals and replace some underbody panels that were damaged during the last snow storm. It is a very complex car to work on and is out of warranty. Dealer repairs are hideously expensive. SimplyEuro has saved me thousands on repairs. They are factory trained on Audi and other German makes and have all the diagnostic gear and tools to diagnose and fix issues.

First time using Simply Euro after receiving a coupon in the mail (lost the coupon so I didn’t use it). They were quick, professional, and extremely polite. The cost to get my oil replaced was also exceptional in comparison to other places I’ve gone around Springs. Unsure if there’s a special going on or not, but regardless, very happy with my first experience and will definitely be returning!

Andrew was very friendly and pointed out their findings on my car that were of concern in the near future. Oil change was performed and my car was clean of any debris or oil. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I will be going back for future servicing.

BMW owner with a broken valve stem. Was towed to Simply Euro and was amazed by their service. Terry pulled a valve stem from his own spare to get me on the road since it would take a few days for the new part to come in. I chose to leave it for an inspection and normal service. Ryan was timely and very communicative, keeping me in the loop. When I picked it up it was washed and beautiful! Simply Euro is a great organization!

Disappointed and conflicted. Nice people but the alignments they did on my car were done at other shops nearby. I don't tolerate being lied to or misled when it comes to this kind of stuff. Looking back on it I should've inspected the shop further, photos on Google don't have an alignment rack. Car apparently went to a midas nearby, I was charged $130 and that's what it costs there for a lifetime alignment. No wonder they didn't wanna send me the alignment printout. My vote is look elsewhere, if a shop is doing this for alignments who knows what else is going on for more expensive labor. Editing my review to 1 star: my dad brought his X3m for the same work as well. Has a dash am installed. Tech or whoever hopped in, didn't let the car warm up, immediately aggressive with the throttle and puts it into manual mode, after not coming to a stop to shift out of reverse (horrible for torque converter automatics), and immediately revs the **** out of it leaving the shop in first gear. The tech then finds the dashcam and turns it off, clearly planning to beat on the car even more. Don't take your car here unless you want to be lied to and have your stuff beat on.

I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I came across this shop last month by checking out reviews from TireWorld @ the North Academy location & I am so happy that I did! These guys are so prompt and knowledgeable. I will not take my BMW anywhere else moving forward as I am very pleased with the timeliness of services provided and professionalism. The shop is well maintained and clean, and the gentleman are communicative. I 100% recommend for any of your European needs.

The guys at Simply Euro are the best! I have a 2009 VW Beetle, and it needed a new charcoal canister for the fuel system. VW no longer makes this part! Don't get me started on Volkswagon. Anyway, Simply Euro worked diligently to solve this - and came up with a solution to the problem promptly. I have had two other mechanics that were unable to address this previously. The guys at Simply Euro are trustworthy and honest. I will keep going here.

From the first phone call this experience was fantastic. Ryan was so helpful and got me in same day. I took my F-Type SVR in that I had at multiple other shops look at , including PPR. Nobody could find the issue. Ryan introduced me to Caleb, their JLR master Tech. He was able to explain the issue to me and help me understand what was going on. He found my issue in a day and got me fixed and back on the road. Its nice to have an actual brand master tech at an independent shop so you don't have to deal with the dealers anymore. This is my go to shop from now on!

I’ve never had a better car service experience. I usually take my car to the dealership and now I regret I didn’t know about them sooner. I wish I give them a higher rating for their customer service as well. Ryan is more than accommodating and professional.
