First off I’m going to start off by saying this is my first time having a bmw and my first truck needed a oil change I googled them took it here and they not only fix the oil change but I found out it needed other things so to make a long story short the truck got into an accident so I brought another one let me remind u I’m now a bmw lover a foreigner car driver 🤣🤣🤣 my truck broke down right after I got it who do I trust nobody but simply euro to fix my car lol I love the guys they are so nice and great customer service here I would never take my car no where else but here they are a blessing I want to Thank them so much for helping me 🙏🏽😇😘 in all my time of need with my truck

Brought my ford focus here for repairs and the guys here took great care of me and my vehicle. They were very transparent, fairly priced, and got the repairs done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest shop.

Oil change and auto service places can be found on every major street corner about as often as Starbucks. Just like Starbucks, they are in business to make money and not actually offer good service or a good product. That’s where SimplyEuro swoops in and excels! Ironically, they are located behind one of those suspect oil change places that probably replace your oil with olive oil from COSTO. Drive past it, enter the clean, well-kept, and large SimplyEuro shop just behind it, and prepare to have an exceptional auto maintenance experience. Every tech employed at SimplyEuro has many—if not decades—of experience in auto repair, so you can rest assured that no matter who is working on your car, they didn’t learn how to be a tech last week by watching three hours of TikToks (that’s probably the shop in front of them). Oil change, scheduled service, or repairs of any kind: If you don’t choose SimplyEuro in Sandy Springs, you’re telling your wonderful, reliable gas or electric vehicle that you don’t care about it, and that makes you an unkind person. Easy to schedule service on line, great service, very fair (and upfront) pricing. Waiting area is comfortable with WiFi, coffee and snacks. Clean restroom too.

I brought my Audi in for service and repair. The guys here at SimplyEuro were so helpful. Not only did they get me in for an appointment quickly without the three week wait that my dealer had, but they quickly diagnosed the problem and brought me back to meet the technician who explained the problem. I’m so glad I found SimplyEuro and will definitely return. Honest and reasonable and great customer service.

If you are seeking a genuine review, let THIS be the one. As an avid BMW car owner, I've used numerous shops in my days; however, I have not used a shop as genuine and honest as SimplyEuro. The general manager, Geordie, just recently went above and beyond to help rectify a repair issue I ran into, honoring their warranty repair and even provided a loaner car during the time of repair to ensure I still had transportation for work. The shop foreman, Kevin, resolved the issue I was experiencing in a timely manner, and for the first time since owning my vehicle, I have fell in love with it all over again. I've already been spreading the word on this shop with fellow European car owners in my group, and simply hope those who come across my review seeking help and guidance with their own vehicles are encouraged to bring them to this shop location in particular. You are in good hands with these guys!!!

Top notch service, efficient, and reliable. A breath of fresh air for me dealing with mechanics and vehicles. I’m glad I heard about them. I feel more assured than ever, their detailed reports along with pictures let you know the work is really being done and not just “looked at”. This is the most I’ve ever seen done in such short amount of time. Im highly satisfied and will definitely recommend to everyone.

Excellent customer service!! Everyone at SimplyEuro was very courteous and professional. I received regular updates by text and or voice calls from Chance my technician. The whole process was a breeze. My Cayenne is running properly now, I highly recommend this shop!!

Have taken multiple cars to SimplyEuro and have been very satisfied. They are open and honest about the repairs/service needed - and utilize technology and media to show and explain what’s wrong. They are flexible and work with you on a plan while keeping budget in mind. Will continue to take my cars here and would recommend for anyone with a European car looking for a reliable and friendly service/repair shop.

SimplyEuro happens to be just a couple of miles from me, but I would travel as long and far as necessary to go see them if I needed work on my car after the experience I had. My Audi has been misdiagnosed several times, and phenom Andrew and his team figured out the issue for the main symptom (slow to start—I was told alternator, starter, battery, etc in the past. Turned out it was electrical). Their protocol in terms of how they investigate is so practical, and the preliminary assessment is complimentary. Pricing is more than fair and they are transparent about what they will be charging. They provide an extremely thorough, detailed, and impeccably-organized report (with pictures) after the diagnostic. It is a relief to know exactly what’s going on with my car and to be able to make informed decisions about how much work I want to put into it. Andrew really leveled with me in terms of what to prioritize. There’s a lot more to be done, but he did not pressure me to take care of everything; he knew my priority was to get it running/starting well and safe to drive while I figure out my plans. Also got a great deal on tires from them as well and I’ll be back in January for an oil change (best prices in town). The place is immaculate and everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly—from my first call with Reese to the gentleman who helped me when I dropped my car off to detailed communications with Geordie to superstar Andrew…not only are all of these team members incredible at what they do, but they are honest and extremely pleasant. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The fact that I could keep writing despite this already being insanely long is an indication of how strongly I feel. Don’t hesitate to swing by.

After my regular repair shop misdiagnosed a problem on our Audi, I met the team at SimplyEuro and decided to give them a try. They inspected the vehicle, provided an estimate, which was more reasonable for the same repair item. They provided an Uber ride for me after scheduling the repair and dropping the vehicle off. The repair was done in a half-day and the problem corrected the first time. It was a good experience overall. They are eager to grow the business. I would use them again.

I had brought my car in for oil change, emission, brake change ,rotor change as well as fluid changes. Everything went great! Did have my wheel lock key snap, but they quickly ordered a new and got things back on track, granted I was not in a rush. They always pick up the phone, are professionals, and present excellent customer service from what I saw. Will definitely be back!

I recently took my X3 in for brake pad replacement, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The team provided excellent service and was incredibly kind throughout the process. They even arranged an Uber ride to take me back home since I wasn’t waiting at the shop for the service to be completed. I took my vehicle to the dealership and it was going to cost me well over $8,000 . I brought my car to Simply Euro and my car was completely fixed for only $183 others said it couldn't be done but Simply Euro said we can get it done.. Simply the best or nothing!!!!
