They fixed my car, but I had to tell them to fix the tail light that wasn’t lining up with the other one, also they charged me for an extra part that they said it would arrive in one week, one month or never will arrive, guess what it never arrived, also that lady is extremely rude and said if I don’t pay for the part that never arrived they would not give me the car back. Never in my life will be back to this place!

Absolute outstanding work. I swear my vehicle looks just like it just came off the show room floor. My daughter and I kept saying; is that our car. And it drives better then it did when we bought it. I just don't understand it. Excellent, outstanding, timely, superb, friendly!!! If you need repairs, do not hesitate bring your car right here right now!!!! 50 stars is what you deserve!!!!! You did that!!!!

I brought my car into Silver Star after an accident with a plow truck that created over $12,000 worth of damage. The team at Silver Star worked with me and my insurance company from the very beginning, and helped me through the entire claims process. Hanna helped me understand the insurance and repair process, and the team in the shop did an AMAZING job on my car, which had to have MAJOR repairs. My car came back to me looking brand new, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received - I will be recommending Silver Star to absolutely everyone, I can't say enough good things about the team - thank you!
