I was travelling and they were both unwilling to help try to fit me in for an issue that came up and unable to assist in finding anything in the area. It took a 3rd party shop 10 minutes to fix the issue and my trip was great afterward. It's disappointing to see Jeep unwilling to help Jeep customers in an unprofessional manner.

Had an appointment to replace 2 (two) brake pads. Appointment was at 9:30AM, I showed up a half hour early, and they still didn't have the 2 pads replaced until 11:45AM. I believe they got the vehicle into the bay around 9:20AM. It took over an hour per pad.

I have to start by saying this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! If you’re looking for someone, ask for Dan Joseph. This was the easiest and zero stress getting into a new vehicle. I told him the price I wanted and he didn’t waste my time and worked hard to get me there. Little story time: I have been with the same company for my last 3 vehicles and went back to them and they told me they could get me into the vehicle I wanted at my price point $530 and when I got there tried to get me at $989😳 yes! Almost double!! I left and I called Sid Dillion, they got me with Dan and he couldn’t believe that and told me right away he wouldn’t waste my time. When I got to financing they worked around my schedule and even had someone drive to Omaha for paperwork to get signed, without hesitation just offered to make it easier on us. I had Scott in financing and he made the experience one of the best by getting me in and out and not trying to oversell me things that didn’t work in my budget but made sure I got warranty on my used vehicle at my price point to protect us. This is the place to get your new vehicle! You won’t regret it! Thank you Sid Dillion for my new vehicle and making this one of the best experiences buying a new car! When it’s time for a new vehicle I know where I am going, back to this Sid Dillion!

I recently bought a 2017 jeep renegade from here and had the pleasure of having help from Daniel. He was very helpful and kind and made me feel at ease while my anxiety was through the roof and nerves high. Very awesome guy and salesman. It was great to work with him. Andy has been so phenomenal to work with. After reaching out to him with a concern, he's been consistently helpful and always ensures that we're satisfied. He goes way above and beyond to communicate and ensure all questions and concerns are addressed. Additionally, he had Cody work with me on a repair and he was also very thorough and friendly. Both are quick to respond and happy to help, and I cannot stress my appreciation enough.

Why did I wait all these years using others for oil changes? I went in early on Saturday for my first oil change with Baxter. Cody checked me in and kept me informed. He was very professional. The communication is superb! I have a big Jeep, not only was this oil change $25 less than where I had been going, but from my arrival to departure was 24 minutes. Highly recommend.

I honestly can’t remember the name of the salesman who worked with me. Reasonably polite and professional but a tad too pushy for my taste. He tried to get me to sign an intend to purchase my first night in. Not a fan of that.

The service was fast especially to say there were 10 vehicles ahead of me. When I contacted them in regards to concerns I got immediate responses through text. The shuttle ride home was fun, the driver was engaging, vibrant, and nice. Kristen was professional, polite, and admired my passion for building trucks. I would definitely go back for service on my vehicle or to get into a new vehicle.
