Got our truck in right away and diagnoised problem on same day. Problem was corrected and we had our truck back that day. Enjoyed the video we received although it buffered a lot. We definitely will be coming back for future service.

The people are nice and the service is excellent - I just wish it would take a little less time out of my day. I'm in a position where I can not have the vehicle picked up or drop it off - I have to wait, and 75+ minutes for a simple oil change is waaayyy too long when I've scheduled the work in advance.

Dave Nieman has been our contact throughout this major repair and other regular service we have done at Sid Dillon. The technician met me at the door and explained exactly what was going to be done at this service. He offered me a place to wait but I had my brother in law picking me up. He said he would call and he did just that when it was done. He also sent me a video of what the car went through during the inspection. I shared that with my wife and both of us found it very interesting. It was truly sevice with a smile.

The oil change and tire rotation was great as usual at Sid Dillion’s. Not only was it fast and through something I greatly appreciated was the video walk through, of the engine, under the car and of the wheels. It was so nice to be able to see the parts of the car I normally don’t see while also getting an explanation of the wear and tear on the different components

Today I waited for my oil change. Waiting room clean and coffee available. Advisor helped with 2 issues/questions before car went back to tech. Left in just about 1 hour with video of the inspection and my requested tire quote. Free car wash always a bonus!
