I could not ask for a better experience all around. My car was backed into a tree over a month ago, breaking the rear window and causing some body damage. I stressed out about getting it repaired for over a month because I was told I would have to leave my car at a body shop for at least a week leaving me with no transportation! As a single mom this is just not something one can do easily. When I finally felt financially ready to go ahead with the repairs, I called Shull's and spoke with Glenn. He immediately put me at ease and offered to come over and take a look. Once he looked at the damage, he offered to come back the very next morning to take it to his shop and estimated he would have it done in 2 days! Glenn kept his promise. Not only does it look fabulous, but he also delivered it right back to me! I cannot speak highly enough about his unmatched customer service, promptness and quality work. Glenn made a HUGE stressor in my life disappear in 2 days. I will definitely recommend Shull's to everyone I know.

Shull’s auto took amazing car of my car and had wonderful costumer service!! Specific praise: 1. Timely, clear, and kind communication 2. Excellent and seamless work, the color match was perfect 3. Flexible with my needs, insurance, and schedule 4. Picked up and dropped off vehicle for no extra charge 5. Personable and informative individual who cares about his customers I am a grad student who is new to the area, and I read-ended someone causing damage to my hood and possibly engine. I needed damage assessed and my hood had to be replaced as it wouldn’t open. He gave me a quote and worked well with the insurance to ensure the process was quick and easy. My schedule is tight, and he solved the issue by picking up and dropping off my are which was a HUGE help. He also painted my new hood for an exact match. I am incredibly happy with the service and results. Absolutely would recommend to anyone, especially young adults like myself who may be worried about getting car repairs on their own for the first time. Thank you Shull’s auto!!

My vehicle was scraped by another vehicle in the parking lot. I had a large black tire mark on my front bumper. The owner personally drove to my work site and completely removed the black mark and buffed out the paint to new condition. Absolutely satisfied and highly recommend! DJ~

I assisted one of my friends who had car issues over to shulls and was skeptical at first but this guy absolutely blew me away. He did work on Sunday when I believe he normally doesn't and had it done within 2 hours, replacing and installing multiple parts. 10/10 recommend

. We heard some break pad interactions with the rotors. We had to have the brakes inspected and or replaced by Sunday We called the automotive services early on Saturday morning. Glenn answered the phone and graciously open his shop on Sunday morning. My daughter was going out of town And State to do a job. He took an extra few minutes to assure her that my daughter had a passageway in her vehicle safely. I will give this service 10 gold stars. I thank you Glen! You are a good man!

Glen did my transmission oil and replaced my alternator belt! He realized my brakes needed to realigned and topped my engine fluids off. Free of charge he sanded my headlights and polished them. Did a fantastic job. I really appreciate his communication, timeliness, honesty and the fact that he only works on three cars at a time for quality of work. I'd go back again!

I needed to get a hitch installed before a family trip, most other shops had a 2-3 week wait. Glen got me in the week I needed it and installed the hitch for a fair price. He even picked the car up and dropped it off on time!

Shulls did an incredibly job working on my car. I wasn’t even sure before I found them if I was going to be able to get it fixed. What was going to be a way too expensive repair on an older car, turned out to be an incredibly generous repair for much lower. They came and picked up my car and dropped it off for free. They fit me in and were able to get it done in less than a week from when I initially called them. Absolutely incredible service!! I would 100% come back here. And next time I will call you and give your business a try! Once again I am sorry for Google pulling you up on my maps for review and not the other one, which I have no clue why it did that!!
