I was hearing a grinding noise coming from my wheel and I called the shop. They told me to come in and the looked at it right away and did a free inspection for me. They also were very friendly with my dogs. Seems like a great auto shop that I will be sure to go to next time I need maintenance! Thank you so much!!

The folks here were extremely accommodating. I had problems attempting to open the hood of my car after attempting to open it to add oil after purchasing it on my way out of town. I pulled into their shop and explained that I had to make it to Augusta, GA. within the next 3.5 hrs for medical appointment. They put my car on the lift immediately and made every effort to unstick the latch mechanism. However, it was frozen and would not give. They spent at least 1 hour trying to get it to open but to no avail. The only other option was to break the latch which would have prevented the hood from remaining closed. The car needed oil and to drive it any distance would have been too risky...they also determined it was leaking oil. They did not charge me anything for their time and labor, which they didn't have to do. They won my business and will be replacing the latch as well as fixing my oil leak. Great folks!

For once I attempted to use a small business but quickly realized they can be just as shady and greedy as dealerships. I can understand companies with small profit margins charging a fee for using credit cards, but businesses like this already gouge on parts and the bill is always over half labor costs. On top of parts and labor, this company charges a 3% fee for using credit cards. Lisa claims she told me this, and professes she has proof (warning, she allegedly records all interactions with customers) but I was not aware until I went to pay my credit card bill. Lisa, I hope you enjoy the $17.00 service fee you charged me this week, because I will not be returning for the $1,000 brake job you quoted me next week. I am suspecting I will find out you were gouging me on that as well. $1,000 does seem a little steep for brakes. Of course the $75.00 you quoted my friend for an oil change was about $30.00 higher than it should have been also. Just sayin!

This place is awesome they get me in quick when I have car problems. I know they get tired of seeing me so much especially Lisa lol cause I do uber and up there every couple weeks for oil change and tune ups etc. but they are great people and even become my good friends if you have any car problems go see them they will take care of you!

I’m so glad I found them, I just moved from Florida and had a problem with my breaks and went to the first place that I could find which it was Midas they charged me 580 probably because I’m a woman , when I called this place the lady was so nice and made me feel comfortable and said she wants to look at my car cause that price was too high , they did everything in less than 1 hour and charged me 320 , they are good people and a local business that I will promote for as long as I live here in Summerville, specially if you are a woman , I would go there because they made me feel comfortable and didn’t try to take advantage of me and explained me everything in the best way possible!

TPM s light came on while we were driving to Charleston. Stopped here for someone to check it out. Very helpful and explained what the situation could be and not like we were children. Very friendly and nice staff. Could not ask for a more honest and professional business.

This place is awesome! My mom used this place when Falco used to own this spot. But the new owners have opened their arms to the community, and they have been booming since they opened the doors. They are so nice and they are honest in all of their dealings. I recently had car troubles, and they were the only ones who had time to get my car in and looked at. It only took them 2 days to get to my car which was AMAZING. Everyone I called told me no less than 1 week for them to even get to my car. They identified the issue and fixed it with no problem in less than a week! They even told me of a possible problem I had no idea about. I'll add this shop to my 'go to' list for car maintenance. This place is legit!

I love this place, when my. 1990 Tacoma blew a head gasket the were able to fix it in a timely manner. They have done all of my routine maintenance. Any emergencies that my girlfriend and I have ever had on my car they accommodated and went well above and beyond. If I could give more stars I would. I definitely recommend them for anything. Thank you Lisa and all the Tecs for everything you do!
