Brought my kia forte for maintenance here. The car is running great now. No issues so far. Appreciate the big guys customer service super friendly. Automex sent me here and I will probably return for future maintenance.

$180 to change 4 spark plugs Lmao! because they had to move a gasket. I did not get the service because to my point of view the charge was ridiculous since I took the spark plugs, and cables. 2nd thing if they are going to move gaskets and go further into moving stuff in the vehicle is a big no, since last time I got a brake job and 1 nut was missing in 1 of the back tires. If they were not able to put back a tire with all its bolts what make me thing they can put back something as delicate as a gasket. And one of the older guys that works there thinks he is too funny when playing around with costumers when indeed he is not. Service is overpriced and definitely not top notch for for what they charge!

Brought my car in around 9 and got it back at 3:30. Had to get an alignment and control arms replaced. Fairly priced and great experience. I got calls about my car thru out the process. Thank you!! 🙏

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I definitely enjoyed my experience at SHM Garage! The team here knows what they are doing and they are truly great people. I brought my Infiniti QX80 in for a brake job, and by the time I finished my cold water, Angel had already completed all four brakes. Angel is a fantastic mechanic who even took the time to test drive my car to confirm the quality of the work. Thanks to the entire team, I'll be back soon for any future auto repairs. I highly recommend SHM Garage for all your auto repair needs. They do everything, including working on foreign cars!

Would not recommend, bad diagnostics and shady charges. $60 to reset one of the engine lights that can be reset at home, under 1 minute, and it wasn't even necessary. Details below if interested. I brought my 2008 Toyota Corolla here after it kept going into limp mode. They identified the MAF sensor incorrectly. I replaced it once and brought it in again, they said I needed to reset the engine light and charged me to reset it ($60 for a bogus claim considering it resets just by unplugging the battery), they called me to say it ran good now, the car ran for about 2 minutes before it went into limp mode again, I brought it back to them and paid again for further diagnostics, again same diagnosis, they claimed it was because I used an aftermarket part and it needed OEM. Okay, I put in an OEM one and still the same issue. They said I would need to bring it in again and pay again for further diagnostics. I instead kept it at home, wiggled engine wires around and found a loose ground cable causing the limp mode. Tightened the bolt holding the wire, and the car was good. Incompetent "mechanics". Reply to below: Definitely the correct business, right next to a car dealer and a food truck that sells empanadas. Plus the tech who I spoke to is in one of the photos of the business.

ALERT 🚨 🚨 SCAM ‼️ Don’t Trust them. 🚨 I never got an invoice showing they bought a remanufactures transmission just a paper receipt. My transmission not installed properly it’s has a gap so dirt n water can enter. Don’t use this place they lie about what they do charges me 3,311$ ‼️ How to charge 3,311$ not show proof of receipt for the transmission they bought it could have been a simple fix. 🚨

I've been using SHM Garage for repairs and maintenance for several years. The mechanics and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, properly get the vehicle done in a timely manner, are honest, and are fair priced. They truly listen to the customer and are respectful, helpful, and use care with the vehicle.

In our main vehicle the a/c ended up quitting on us. I called dealerships and other local shops. Turn around times just for a diagnostic was between 3 days up to a month. Diagnostic alone was between $120 and $150 depending on company. Found this place from a coworker. Took the vehicle in between 6pm and 7pm. Explained it would be $45 diagnostic, but couldn't start till next day as it takes 2 to 3 hours to do do which I understood. We left our vehicle with them. During my research I looked up possible parts that may need replacing and cost alone no labor so I was mentally prepared sort of. I went in thinking I'd be spending between $300 and $500 cause one possible part was already $200. So the next day after dropping it off I gave them a call to check for an update. I was instructed that after diagnosis that it was the relay that burnt out or needing replacing. So my cost was the diagnostic fee of $45 plus the part $12.99 of course I was skeptical of the pricing as labor wasn't included. I was instructed it was a simple fix (guessing is why they didn't charge the labor). So paid $60 and after a few days so far its working like if it was new. Honest mechanics and very honest pricing. They literally could've told me a different price and I would've paid it. However, they didn't so they'll be my go to mechanics till something bad happens or I begin having doubts. Of course everyone's experience may differ, but ours has a positive spin to it on our first time there. Hope this helps!

Service is absolutely phenomenal! They only charged me $110 to change an alternator on a 2018 mustang gt. I can't think of another mechanic shop that does it cheaper. Very friendly and helpful. Prices are out of this world.

So I purchase 3 used tires for $180.00 ; not even 24 hours of use and a tire blew out while traveling on the interstate. I called, and the guy asked what did he want me to do? Umm 🤔, replace it. I’ll never go back or even recommend them. I was prepared to give them plenty business. So many women I know needs mechanic work and tires. Yea, I went to discount tire and got a set put on. Oh, they took my old used tires and sold 1 the very next day.

They are true life savers. Heros. I am a nurse and was down with battery issues. They had a new battery amd me up and rollin in less than an hour. They have replaced my brakes, changed my oil. Gixed ny headlights all at a minutes notice. SHM rocks.

This is the only shop I’ve ever been to where all the employees are trustworthy and actively trying to help solve your problem, not give you the runaround. I’ve gotten 2 years worth of great service from this place since I started coming here, and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Also usually really quick turnaround especially on simple services like brakes and rotors, oil change, etc.

Took my car here 3x the labor is cheap and the 2nd time the guy told me I don’t need a new AC instead just a charged he told me he could have got me for more money but he is catholic and don’t believe in that. Also fix my car that was over heated for 220 w parts that was very good price and they put my rotors and brake pads on before. Be careful a lot of try to rip you off or sale you stuff that you don’t need. Man was on post and even said a prayer for me before I left. So yea I am gonna. Keep coming back here to the same guy
