Worst establishment I have EVER done any type of transaction with! Kept car for days leaving my family stranded with no care. Here is a tip from a customer who just needed help of a good reliable shop( not shields ) and knows nothing about cars: call some friends, have some drinks and tinker on the car yourself! You save lots of money and you will probably get your car to you in a more quickly and professional capacity! This place is trash and all who work there are also…. Good day!

Chris helped me out when I didn’t know where to start. He was honest and helped me to the best of his ability. If there was something he felt he couldn’t take on he pointed me in the right direction and offered me advisement if I felt I was being taken advantage of. I truly appreciated his help and work!

I have been going to Chris with my cars for 6+ years. He has always done a great job! He takes his time to explain what is wrong and what needs to be done to correct an issue. He works with a payment plan if the work is too expensive. The work is always done right. I will never take my cars to anyone else.

I wish I didn’t even have to leave one star Chris called my father-in-law told him that I acted rude I never did anything unprofessional. I have all my recordings too of the calls that we had and also Anna was very rude. She said she is the owner of the company and requesting for the owner of the company to contact me. I do not like the service and I do not like the way people treat people in this company. I’m also going too the bbb to file a complaint and also will be filing a racial suit with my lawyer

Needs to be more professional and communicate with customers about their needs and wants just a money pit. I spent 1,026.00 on nothing at all went to another shop and they showed me what supposed to be performed wasn’t done right. Suppose to be a Ls shop!!! It’s a 307 5.0 and all it needed was a carburetor that got done elsewhere you know well how it was running before I brought it to you. I wanted to stay original and did and it will out run anything thats at your shop and original now.

He is a very bad shop he don't take car of ur vehicle they take parts off ur vehicle he over charges people his workers r on drugs just not a good shop to go to an all the people that say it is there all his friends so sure there just like him

This shop replaced a catalytic converter on my Subaru about 5 months ago. It's now throwing check engine codes which the code reader says is a problem with the "new" catalytic converter. They offered to check it out but with a $150 diagnostic charge. If they decide they're obligated to they'll warranty the parts only. I would advise going elsewhere for vehicle repair and maintenance needs.

Christopher is the best mechanic in the field. Period. He cares about you and your family on the road and, does the job right the first time. He will take your money and take forever to get vehicle back I advise you to take your vehicle elsewhere and save your time, money, and keep your stress level down. Scam artist I don’t know how these guys are in business still with the services they provide I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy they deserve to be ranked in the negative!!! Worst decision I made taking my vehicle to this guy I will take my vehicle to the dealership next time I ever have an issue before I let this crook touch it again!!!! They don’t deserve a single star!!!!!

Family owned atmosphere. 1 on 1 conversation about actual priorities. They are honest about the repairs you need NOW and help you plan for repairs you will need in the FUTURE! They aren't going to have your brakes done in 30 minutes like a large retailer but they also aren't going to sell you on things you don't actually need. I refer all of my friends and family here with no complaints.

Great place to get a repair. Prices are great and competitive. As well the the owner really knows what he talking about. they’re moving to a bigger place to accommodate all that good business! Heard about this place from a friend and went in because I knew I would get treated fairly. Chris knew what the problem was immediately and outline exactly how much everything would cost. There were no surprises along the way and he finished the work on time. AND he didn’t make me feel stupid when I asked questions—nor did he patronize me. 10/10 would recommend!
