My husband brought our vehicle here Friday August 23, 2024. He requested an oil change on our 2017 Chevy traverse. The price was decent for what he had requested. He brought the vehicle straight home after the service, maybe a couple miles. I got in and started it a couple hours later to travel to Ozark, and it instantly started smoking from the tail pipe. I turned the engine off after just a few seconds. My husband asked what happened, I explained, left in another vehicle, and he brought the traverse back to rapid lube. He explained to them what happened and the guy he spoke to wouldn't even check the car and insisted that it had nothing to do with the oil change. My husband explained it was running fine before with no smoke. The guy insisted it was something internal and nothing to do with the oil change and recommended my husband take it to a mechanic. My husband drove to our mechanic and explained what happened, probably another 5 miles or so. The mechanic told my husband they wouldn't be able to get to it for at least two weeks and recommended rapid lube check how much oil was in it. At this point my husband is pretty sure it had something to do with the oil change so he brings the vehicle back home and begins draining the oil. There was 12 quarts of oil in our vehicle. Rapid lube never drained the old oil out before adding the new oil. My husband brought our vehicle back to rapid lube with the oil and explained what he found. Rapid lube did another oil change and sent him on his way. I called them back on Monday, they remembered the incident. I informed them that it was irresponsible and bad business the way they handled the situation and requested that the guy who insisted it was internal apologize to my husband for being rude to him. I simply wanted them to make it right for all the extra work my husband was out because the whole point was to get it taken care of so he could handle more pressing issues. They still have not apologized to my husband for what they did. I would not recommend taking your vehicle or business to this location. Sincerely concerned customer.

Had my daughter met me there to get her oil changed. They were super fast and professional! It was cheaper for her to get it changed there, than it was for me to do it! BTW, they give Veterans a discount... my Dad likes that and is now using them, too. Haha

I got a oil change yesterday woke up this morning to go to the store, and there was a big puddle of oil so I jacked it up And the oil plug was very loose I’m not very happy they will hear from me Monday morning

They ruined my vehicle and talking with several others in The communiy they did same to theirs! They are shady and wouldn't use them if I were you! After 4 years they won't stand behind their work! They will not claim your engine on their insurance. And do not let them take your vehicle across the street for repair

Went to the new Midas on Massard to have my oil changed after using these folks for quite some time and this what the presented me with. They did not put the filter housing back together nor did it look like they replaced anything. I am omw to their shop with pics receipts to ask about this
