The absolute worst experience I've ever experienced attempting to service my vehicle in addition to a state inspection!!! (This place of business deserves NO stars)The owner is arrogant an EXTREMELY unprofessional he quoted me for my oil change and gave me extreme difficulty with my inspection, stating the dates were incorrect on my insurance card!!! The dates were valid, then had the audacity to refuse my service on my second attempt which was fine, that's his business he has that right!! I should've followed my first mind and NEVER returned!!!! I choose were to spend MY MONEY!!! I went to another auto mechanic shop tens minutes away, (advance muffler systems on N Shepherd) when I tell you they took good care of meeeee, smooth process and CHEAPER!!!! oil change, inspection in a reasonable amount of time, (about an hour flat) save yourself time disappointment and YOUR hard earned money!!! DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!! TRUST ME!!!!!

Incredible service! Roberto is a pleasure to deal with. They changed my oil so fast, I had to question whether they really did it or not. The price was very fair, as well. I highly recommend this shop!

Excellent place with professional and friendly workers. Arrived for inspection and out in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely start coming here for my state inspections. As a matter fact, may even start coming here for my oil changes because the dealership although wonderful as well…they are slowwww. Cool place. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed. 😁👌

I was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, fast and courteous service. The restroom looked neat, tidy and welcoming though I did not use it. The couches were comfortable and in good shape. TV was available for visitors while they waited. All of the staff were extremely polite to the other customers they spoke with during my service. I was in and out for an inspection very quickly. 10 out of 10 will return.

This review is long overdue. I love this place and have been coming for a few years. The manager, Rolando is honest and professional. I've had multiple inspections and other work and they are always fast and professional. They have NEVER tacked on any work that wasn't absolutely needed. I am here now getting another inspection and the technician, Ian is fantastic. In addition to the inspection, he added washer fluid and needed air in my tires at no extra charge. Customer service at its finest!

Paid almost 700 dollars for a very badly Job done which caused more issues and had to pay more money. Do not trust this place people here don't need to be working on vehicles if they don't know what they're doing.mechanic was David.

Sat out here to be purposely avoided while this man JUST initiated service on another car. Didn’t come ask me what I needed or anything. Maybe if I was in my dodge that I bring to get serviced, I would’ve been approached. If you don’t want to work, then stay home!

Quoted price $3000 more than dealer to fix air conditioner! I m in shock! Call around b4 having any major repair done here. Big difference in sticker and oil change, and a major repair.!!! Ridiculous!
