Had a very good experience Sean made sure I knew everything that was wrong with my car kept in contact with me at all times emailed me and text me pictures of parts that needed to be replaced. Thankful that I found a shop that I can trust .

What an amazing company to do business with. I came in with some parts that needed replacement and they worked so quickly I got my car the next day. I was very grateful to have Sheens auto care tell me what I didn’t end up needing on my car after getting told from another mechanic that I needed more work. Felt comfortable right away. I was explained the process and updates arrived as expected. Even with a surprise additional broken part discovered during repair (but not the diagnostic step), he quickly communicated the unexpected additional issue, waived the labor cost, and still completed all the car work by end of business day. Call and make an appointment if you need any work done!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone was super professional both over the phone and in person. I googled multiple shops in the area for literally hours trying to find something with good reviews where I wasn't gonna get over charged or taken advantage of and came across this shop! I originally went in just for brakes and bleeding the brake line but when they did an overall inspection they found some other issues and even took pictures to show me! Everything that was gonna be done to my car (2014 Kia optima) was explained to me in an easy to understand way and they answered any and all of my questions without being condescending (which if your a woman getting any kind of work done on a car is really important, I've had my fair share of horrible shop experiences).I had an overall wonderful and pleasant experience with everyone in the shop and bottom line, 12/10 would recommend and I will be going here from now on!

I had an incident with my truck, so I researched reputable repair centers and body shops near me. I found Sheen’s Auto Care and read the reviews and did my research. I contacted Sean Yi who coordinated my truck’s care and discussed my incident. He and his team handled the claims with the insurance company with honesty and integrity. He and his team restored my truck and took care of all the collision damage on my truck. They also took care of the body work. He and his team did such a great job that I hired them again to do some an additional paint job and it came out excellent. I would highly recommend his service due to his knowledge, great customer service, and care.

A couple of weeks ago my car was leaking oil profusely. I also needed a brake job. I called Sheen's and they got me in right away even though they are very busy. Because my car was leaking a lot of oil they took my car back to the shop, put it up on the rack and began looking at the issues immediately. There were multiple problems so they gave me a loaner car for free! Later that day Shaun called me to give me an estimate of the cost of the repairs. The estimate was fair and accurate. My car was repaired in a few days and the actual repair bill was exactly the amount of the estimate even though there were a couple of other issues that came up during the repair process. I was very happy with the work that was done. Shaun was very professional, honest, friendly and courteous when explaining what was needed for my car. I have been a customer at Sheen's for several years and I will not take my car anywhere else for service. I will highly recommend Sheen's Auto Care for their knowledge, expertise, fair pricing and professional service to all of my friends.

Overall Rating 5.0 05/05/2024 Verified Customer Sheens is Superb! We searched for an auto care option to handle our 2 vehicles and now we have found one which meets all our needs. It is Sheens! Our requirements are that the auto care must be close to where we live and appointments available when we need them, priced reasonably, the staff super smart on maintenance of our vehicles, and everyone at the shop personable and friendly.
