I’ve been going to these guys for 20 years with all my different cars. They are 1. Honest 2. Don’t sell you more than your car needs 3. Reliable 4. Ethical. And my oil changes last 5,000 miles not 3k!

I was having issues with my car but wasn’t getting any warning lights so I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. I was told by a friend to check them out because they always got mailers from them. After seeing their high rating I decided to take my car in. The men at the front were very friendly but soon after they took a look at my car , they quoted me $4,000 in items that needed to be fixed. One item included a battery that would have been $550 because they said it was in a hard place to reach. I was quoted $400 at my dealership and even less at other mechanics. They told me I needed to get my spark plugs replaced and I specifically called back and asked again if they needed to be replaced and they said yeah. I then said well that’s not true because I had just had them replaced a week prior. Then they said oh it’s a suggestion cause of the other work needing to be done. I also told them that after seeing their list of what was wrong that many other places charge half of that. I don’t know if it’s cause I’m a younger woman that they decided to try and take advantage of the situation or because I went in not knowing what the issue was but it definitely feels like they took advantage of that. Unfortunately for them I actually knew that the prices they quoted me were too high. I highly don’t recommend. My dealership themselves quoted me cheaper on everything. They then said it’s because they offer a longer warranty than others that may be a reflection of the higher prices. The one positive thing I will say is that I was not charged any diagnostic fee for them to look at my car even though I was ready to pay for it and just leave.

These guys are everything you want in an auto repair shop. Shadow Mnt Auto Svc is clean, professional, they keep you updated and most importantly Honest. Take your vehicle here, they are excellent.

I was broke down and Happ to break down near the mechanic shop. My belt needed to be replaced and I had a long day so I left my vehicle in one of their many spots. It was after hours so I dropped my keys off in the overnight drop box. I left a message on the answering machine explaining the trouble I was in. They didn't hesitate and provide a solution to my problem by the end of that day. Did exactly what I wanted,and for an honest price. I'd go back to them again if I'm ever in need. Heads up, closed on the weekend like many other shops.

I cannot say enough good things about shadow mountain auto service. They are very courteous and professional, especially Graham in the front office. There was a situation where a former mechanic gave a big doom and gloom speech about how if we didn't have this very expensive brake job immediately were sure to get into an accident. We took it to Shadow Mountain Auto Service for a second opinion, and even after having the car for half a day and having to take everything apart it was determined that no, we didn't need the expensive break service and they put the car back together with no charge. We will be taking both of our automobiles to them for any auto repair/service we need.

Shadow Mountain Auto service is the only auto shop I trust! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and trained, they care so much about taking care of their customers. They are honest and not trying to sell customers things just to make money. I highly recommend them, peace of mind, great service and friendly staff. 5 stars isn’t enough!!

We continue to use Shadow Mountain Auto for all of our fleet vehicle needs. They are always so attentive and have the best, knowledgeable staff with decades of experience. It’s such a relief and we are so appreciative! Every time I have called, I was always greeted with the most friendliest voice on the other end. Their service is top notch - they get you in as soon as they can. They evaluate your car right away and will do everything they can to get it serviced quickly. They communicate beautifully. I am so happy and proud to call them my neighborhood auto shop.

Brought in a wounded 2007 Ford F150 that I just bought at auction. The team at Shadow Mountain Auto Service did a solid review and identified areas of correction and also created a timeline most urgent to least urgent extremely helpful since I did not want to put a lot of money into the car immediately. We We have an action plan to make sure she’s safe and maintained over the next 300,000 miles Thanks for the help

Came in for my regular oil change on Friday 8/30--- and planned to schedule needed brake service for sometime in the next week or 2. Even though it was the Friday of Labor Day weekend,, and busy; these guys managed to do both my brakes and oil change and have me back on the road by 1 pm. Thanks!
