Don’t take your vehicle here for any warranty or transmission work. I brought my Van here to be serviced because of a transmission issue. Turns out to be my torque converter needed to be replaced. I have warranty through TWS which covers that replacement. 2 weeks go by the torque converter is put in and it drives, but I had to pay 800$ even though I had a warranty deductible of 250. I have it in a 2 weeks span and the entire transmission goes out. I call back to have it looked at through these people again. They say oh it’s gonna be upwards of 5 figures and the whole transmission went out. I have it towed to a dealership for a second opinion. They agreed the transmission needed to be replaced. Warrantied another transmission and was only charged 273$ for everything.

Good folks. Great service. I wasted their time today asking them to replace a perfectly good brake caliper. They took it apart and inspected it as well as inspected the wheel bearings and joints for any other issues and reported back that everything is fine. Turns out the brake pads weren't worn at all, I was just fooled by a shadow. They didn't charge me a dime and were polite and friendly. They have excellent pricing on oil changes and always have my car back to me at or before the time they say they will, and they are not particularly busy usually so I've never had any issues with walking in without an appointment and getting prompt service. I highly recommend these folks, they have been very professional and a pleasure to deal with in my experience.

Jay was amazing. He told me about products and services without selling them, he advised me when I need to come back and have different filters and things taken care of. I really appreciated the way I was treated!!!!! Also special shout out to Brent, the tech. You guys rock!!!!!

These guys are GREAT! If you are looking for a mechanic then look no further! I called at 4:55pm and spoke with Brent. The taillights on my 2011 F150 weren't working. He said to bring it over and they would put it on the lift. I said "now, or in the morning", he said bring it on over. He got it diagnosed and repaired in record time! AND the price couldn't be beat anywhere. They will be my mechanic from now on. So glad I found them

This place is fantastic! They do a great job of explaining what needs to be done and what else needs to addressed. They had me in and out in just a couple of days, much quicker than I expected! Highly recommended!!

We were from out of town visiting our daughter and had some service lights come up on our truck and these guys were super friendly and was able to get us in quickly look everything over explain what needed to be done. Topped off fluids and didn't charge us anything. We really appreciate it. If we ever need any help will be back here.

I took my car in because my tire was low. The salesman came back in a few minutes and told me I was ready to go. Found a screw in my tire. They fixed my tire and didn't charge anything! I was so pleasantly surprised. I always use Service Street but was still surprised!

They went above and beyond to help me out. Everything is good to go and they even suggested another shop for a different problem that could be fixed for cheaper. Amazing shop very clean

Fast service and reasonable pricing. Too many places cut corners and add charges, Service Street dd not cut any corners, did not add any charges. They went the extra effort to order two different size parts because the situation made it impossible to know which was in the vehicle. They then just use the correct part and return the other. After 40+ years in Knoxville, this is the most honest auto center I have been to.

I had an embarrassing experience when trying to pay for my bill. I had to go fetch cash at my house and come back and they didn't act weird or like I was a fool even though they would've been in the right to do so. Thank you, Service Street, for your tact and professionalism!

Shop and waiting area were clean and very nice! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of my issues fast and their prices are fair. I would recommend them.

The manager was great, he was kind and made sure to explain everything along the way and made sure to keep me informed of little delays in getting the parts needed. The mechanic who did the work was fast and well done. Definitely will be going back to this location for any future work.

Had a hose with a hole burned into it, causing my car to rev up when idled. Mechanic Gage took car of our problem and didn’t charge us for the hose because it wasn’t a right fit. Being two hours away from home, it helped long enough to get it to the dealership. Very thankful for them!
