My fiancé and I brought our 2014 Nissan Maxima in. Anthony was very polite and informative. Sherry was very helpful as well and a great addition to your crew. Their Manager, Deanna, was also there and very kind. Our car was throwing a code that our transmission fluid was low. Although flushing the fluid would have been more profitable to the company they were honest with us and suggested because of the age of the car we should just do a top off as it could potentially do significant damage to do a flush. They surprisingly ordered us a Lyft to our gym while we waited for our vehicle to be repaired. They suggested other repairs that are not currently in our budget , however, we will be back for all of our vehicle needs. Thank you for your integrity and you can expect multiple referrals from us.

I’ve been bringing my cars to this shop for years, but this time I felt compelled to leave a review. Came in for routine maintenance on a 2015 Ford Edge, and discovered a small issue—thankfully, they were able to fix it the same day. Anthony stood out with his impressive knowledge, professionalism, politeness, and honesty. He kept me informed throughout the process, making the entire experience seamless. The staff on the phone that helped me rebook my appointment was nice and helpful. However, I went in to get set up for my appointment and the lady at the front desk was very rude during basic conversation. Ending up leaving and going to a different location.

Service Street is generally efficient at getting you in and out quickly, but their pricing—especially on parts—can be where they get you. I recently took my vehicle in for an oil change and a fuel filter replacement. The total cost came to $357, with the fuel filter alone priced at $198. For context, the same part costs $60 at O’Reilly’s. When I questioned the manager, she explained that they purchase the part from their vendor for $110, then apply a 25% markup. However, even with that markup, the math doesn’t quite add up to $198. To smooth things over, the manager offered me a $60 discount, which I appreciated but found a bit ironic. The key takeaway here is to stay informed about the cost of parts and services, as pricing seems to vary and might not be consistent for everyone. Trust me I have spent thousands of dollars with them!

Convenient place for auto repairs and doesn't try to overcharge you. This location is very convenient for me and their pricing is reasonable. When making an appointment, don't count on the online scheduling since you can usually call the store and get an appointment faster. Be sure to look for their online coupons or coupons in a mailer you may have received. The one problem with this place is they sometimes don't communicate with you well. They do a good job if you wait the whole time for your car in the shop, but if you leave it for the day or leave it overnight I found you pretty much always have to call them up to get any status because they don't call you, even when they say they're going to, even when you call and they tell you they'll call you back by the end of the day with info. Your best bet is to keep calling and pestering them until they figure out a system where they actually communicate well with customers who aren't physically in the store.

Deanna was very nice at the front. I took car to get second opinion about brakes. They said my breaks were good for another 15 to 20,000 miles- for me 2 years away! Byron noticed the car outside waiting for me needed a break light and came out from garage and offered to fix! They will now have the entire families business:-) Thank you for being honest, polite, and pleasant.

I'm so thankful that Steve took the time, when others didn't, to listen & look at my car when I still had problems after a body shop said it was repaired. Within minutes he noticed a large, key part missing(that even the dealer's service missed TWICE) & told me to ask about a couple things that should have been done-that WEREN'T! The alignment definitely helped, but his time & knowledge were PRICELESS! THANK YOU!!!

HONEST shop - can't ask for more! Worked with Steven and couldn't be happier with these guys - got an initial quote from another mechanic shop to replace a cooler fan for $1400 - these guys reassessed, said they didn't need to replace the fan, got my cooling in shape, and replaced the rear brakes for less than my original quote. Not going anywhere else ever again!

I went in for a state inspection and oil change and left paying for a state inspection and oil change. Most garages come up with at least another $500 worth of work needed. Was very happily surprised! Will definitely use them again!!

The staff is excellent and very welcoming. My 2015 Acura TLX had an AC failure, initially diagnosed as a blower motor issue, along with a faulty radiator fan. After replacing these components, the AC malfunctioned again just two days later. Upon returning, I was told there was an electrical problem in the engine fuse box. I ordered two new fuse boxes, but they claimed neither would work since they needed to be wired individually and recommended I seek help elsewhere, since it would be very time consuming. I was quite let down, especially since they market themselves as experienced mechanics, reflected in their labor costs. I took my car to a different shop, where they fixed the wiring in the fuse box in just 90 minutes, resolving a problem that had persisted for weeks at the previous location. Reply to the reply: No, that is false. A quote to replace the fuse box was never given to me. I was told it would be time-consuming, and I was probably better off taking it somewhere else. If I'm not being honest, you should be able to pull up the quote for the fuse box replacement, right? You probably can't because I wasn't given one. Regardless, the issue was resolved without replacing the fuse box. So, I could've paid for something that wasn't needed.
