The service advisors and technician took great care of my vehicle. I was able to replace all four tires, get an alignment, an oil change, and replace my front brakes within 24 hours. The Lyft service they offer is very convenient and helpful. Nicole was excellent and helped me apply for financing and helped me save a bit on services and told me about the rebates available. If you're looking for all in one service, I would recommend Service Street.

Our check engine light can on just before we were to start out on a road trip. We took our vehicle over to the Colorado Springs Service Street. Although the repair was quite extensive to fix the four wheel drive they got us on the road for our trip. Jerry kept us informed throughout. The repair was tested as our road trip was through 3 mountain passes with heavy snow and zero degree temperatures. Thank you Jerry and Colorado Springs Service Street.

Every time I go to service street it is a pleasant experience. They’re always transparent about costs and do a good job explaining what needs to be done. They have also dropped me off at my home and picked up my vehicle for service free of charge.

Service street is the place to go when your car needs anything! They are always so amazing when I get my oil changes and never push me to do or buy anything unnecessary! Nicole is so great about getting you in fast and making sure you have a ride there and back to home or wherever you need to be. Just all around great service!

Damaged my car and lied on works done. Installed damaged by them parts for purpose to retain me and pay more for nothing. Invented non-sense and tried to mislead me with BS. Told me to come as they will fix it all at no cost (it was paid already and job was not done). I explained them I am military and on Orders need to go. They use this information to make my life miserable. After them I went to TireWorld who fix it all in 2 hours w/o any parts change for fraction of cost. Don't go with them, they are professional scammers.

Extremely dishonest/rude. When my shifter cable broke, I had the car towed here because it was close to me. They gave me a very high quote, which I declined. They then tried to charge my wife $102 for "diagnostics" to pick up the vehicle when they did no work on it. When I explained we never approved a diagnostic, the GM changed his story. Now the charge was for "taking up space in his bay". It wasn't until I threatened to file a claim they waived the charges. The GM was very immature and hung up on me despite never raising my voice or using foul language. They held my vehicle for several days over this. Clearly were trying to take advantage of my pregnant wife who was originally dealing with them. My coworkers have had similar experiences with this shop. The older man at front desk was very rude to my wife as well when she wouldn't pay the charges. The GM was obviously trying to throw bogus charges at us to see if it'd stick and threw a tantrum when it backfired on him. Appalled with my experience.

Yeah, I called him to see if they could put pads on that I bought and they refused because I already put new rotors on the car and they need the only way they can put pads in my car if they could put rotor so they were trying to take money for me. I really don’t appreciate that. I am a disabled adult and I felt like I got an advantage of over the phone.

So since the issue below where a gave them 2 stars...I've up'd to a 4+...why not a 5? Because on certain repairs they can be quite pricey with their 5 yr, 50K warranty it makes sense that you pay more...you're paying for insurance. Regardless, they provide fair and clear guidance on repairs and I've had them spend several hours on a vehicle doing diagnosis and attempted repairs and not charging me a penny because they couldn't solve the issue. Now, this is also a negative, they couldn't solve the issue. So...you decide. ‐-----------previous 2 Star entry-----‐-- Sputtering engine and "Check Engine" light on after repairs complete...🙁 #1 is a gripe #2 is a positive #3 is a reality check (or a WTF) #4 is the issue 1st time customer and not too happy 1. Specifically asked for the 12 month pay plan via Synchrony Credit Card...the young man checking me out at 6:40 pm on Sat had no clue...experienced this with several shops in town...Synchrony leaves it up to the shop to determine pay back terms...makes no sense but it is what it is...so got 6 months vice 12 despite me explaining this to them the day prior...didn't resolve the issue and left the young man late on Sat to have no clue. Apparently only Aspen Auto knows how to do the 12 month plan. 2. The hours are great...Mon-Sat 7am to 7 pm...price...see #3 3. Hours equal convenience equal $180 per hour labor...WOW! 4. Check Engine Light on after I drove 5 miles and let vehicle sit for 1 hour...engine vibrating and stalling and hesitating from start of driving etc. So the job was to replace leaking head gaskets. Asked if the they offer a engine compartment steam clean...was told , yes, for $75 we will pressure wash the engine compartment, add dye and run the engine for a bit to verify all leaks are no longer present. I said great..."I don't want to pressure wash my engine because I might spray something that might not supposed to sprayed...I'll pay for the experts to do it." Exact words... So here we are...waiting to see the response on Mon (wanted my truck fixed NLT Sat so my work week wasn't interrupted) how they will fix the "Service Engine Soon" light and sputtering engine...assume due to "the professional" hired to pressure wash the engine may be an apprentice etc.

Great service. I dropped my car off a couple hours after open for an oil change. They quoted 45 minutes to an hour and it was done at a reasonable rate. Very pleased with my service!

The people at the counter were great and knowledgeable. They helped with the issue that I had and gave me reasonable quote for time and costs. When I called back they got me that day and completed the work as they promised on time and in budget. Since this is a newly acquired vehicle I had them check out some of things they had talked to the previous owner about and they confirmed what I had been told and provided reasonable quotes and advice. Buyer beware… My story: They tried to scam me out of $1,850 but I didn’t fall for it. Just said no. Then I got home, and checked the other reviews for this Service Street shop, and WHOA NELLY, the other latest reviews are from angry customers who they also tried to scam. So I think this problem is not with the mechanics/engineers, but with the management who enables and promotes this kind of scams at their place of work.

Don’t do it they’re solution “let’s replace the part and charge you an arm and leg for it and see if the problem goes away” I went in there with my homework done and most of the work done for them. I called and explained my issue extremely clearly. This is one of those mechanic shops everyone has nightmares about. They keep charging you and never let go of your vehicle. Saying it’s one thing or another and just keep replacing stuff and never fixing the issue. I told him I tested the thermostat it’s good “ your first step is to replace the thermostat” I literally came here for you to test my wires not replace the part. Then he gets an attitude with me for knowing more about vehicles than he does. Threaten to call the police for me complaining about their service.

UPDATE: REFUSES TO PROVIDE PHONE CALLS THAT THEY CLAIM TO RECORD, TOTALY IGNORED THE REQUEST FOR THOSE CALLS WHEN ASKED FOR THEM TO PROVE THEIR SERVICE ADVISOR LANGSTON TOLD ME I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR CORE CHARGE AND CONTUNUES TO CALL ME A LIAR. ALSO WHEN THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE INSURANCE INFO AND REQUEST YOU COME BACK TO THEM. SHADY BUSINESS. I DOUBT THEY ARE INSURED AT THIS POINT. GO ELSEWHERE TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED. ANYWHERE ELSE WILL BE CHEAPER AND THE WORK WILL BE DONE RIGHT! UPDATE: SEE PHOTOS FOR THIER BS RESPONSE AND ONCE AGAIN CALLING A CUSTOMER A LIAR. Had car diagnosed for poor acceleration. They called and said it was catylitic converter and that's it to get my car running again. They ordered the part from ford. The part from ford is $824.29 MSRP, plus $500 core charge. I was charged $1402.11. initially prior to agreeing to leave my car to be looked at they assured me I wouldn't be charged for core charge just the part cost that ford charged. Then when they gave me estimate they said no we have to charge me the core charge and the part cost and then extra on top to make money off the part. Service advisor LANGSTON BELL told me three times that the core charge was included in my part cost as they need to make money and since they pay it upfront that they have to extend that core charge to me. The GM at pickup refused to give me the old part back said I need to pay $500 more and said they didn't charge me the core charge essentially calling me and his service advisor a liar. This is 170% more then if I got the part myself through ford. Prior to pickup they called and said that it wasn't the catylitic converter it was the turbo and that I would need to pay a 30% restocking fee. I said no cuz not my issue they misdiagnosed. When I went to pick up car they said we were wrong again it is actually both and that they already started tear down. I was quoted $1083.18 for turbo to be ordered from ford (ford msrp is $495 plus $250 core) this is 218% of what I would have been charged if I just went to ford to get part myself. Core charges are refunded when old part is returned for those that don't know. This is deceptive, wrong and predatory to consumers. If they are doing this now what are they doing when someone elderly and vulnerable goes to this place for repairs or even the person that don't know anything about cars. DO NOT GO HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AS THEY WILL OVERCHARGE, MISLEAD YOU AND TAKE ADVANTAGE. While picking up car they called CSPD on a customer that had a similar issue with their practices as well as why would they be having a car jacked up that was only there for spark plugs using a flashlight to look underneath a car that spark plugs are on top. They will definitely rack up as much of a bill as possible. When talking to the GM NATHAN SCANLON, he said he can charge whatever he wants and was super unprofessional and did not care as to what I had to say and what other customers in the lobby had to say. He also will try to call customers idiots in a passive aggressive way (asking do you have a baroscope when I said I wanted my old catylitic converter back to be inspected elsewhere). SERVICE STREET IS FAILING THEIR OWN MISSION STATEMENT. IF THEY ARE TO THE POINT OF FAILING TO ABIDE BY THEIR OWN MISSION STATEMENT THEN THE MISSION IS COMPROMISED. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME YOU WILL SAVE TIME, MONEY, AND A HEADACHE. THESE GUYS WILL LIE, CHEAT YOU, AND GO AFTER AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY THEY CAN SCAM OUT OF THE CUSTOMERS BANK ACCOUNT.

Update : if u take them to court it wont work cause they claim if u would have done the 15000 work on ur vehicle u wouldnt have been upset also they can break parts on ur vehicle and are not liable also if u bring ur vehcle there numerous times it means u like them according to the courts this is a shady company who hodes under numerous shell “fake” corperations also if ur car is older than 5 years its apparently too pld to be fixing Beware they did shotty work on my vehicle didn’t fix the problem but charged me $3200 to replace parts that where replaced the month before then we took it to their Thorton location who did the warrenty work then charged me another $3500 to change the same parts and also beware they keep ur credit card on file and charge with out ur permission will be seeking litigation

Fast but put full synthetic oil in so that the bill was more even with a coupon I still payed about 60$ and now I have to keep using full synthetic not to mention, they tried to call me into a $1400 repair for an oil leak when their text left my oil filter loose to make it seem like my oil leak was much worse than it was to scare me into going and getting an unneeded $1400 repair this place is by far The worst place you could take your car will not be doing business with them

I have not experienced good customer service with what it appears to be the supervisor at the front desk. Each time I go, I get told that my car needs some other service besides what I went there for and get hassled and attitude when I decline it for another day. Today 7/24/2024 it happened again. A shorter dude with a polo shirt with slicked back hair (who looked to the supervisor) gave me a hard time and would not take no for an answer. I had to tell him SEVERAL times in the office "not today" and again in the garage when I was getting my water out of the car. Once our oil change package was over we already planned to never come back due to this vibe, and this solidified it. It's fine to say that my car needs some extra repairs, but don't bully or pressure me when I say "not today". The other gentleman in the office were great and super polite.

Usually a 45-60 min wait for an oil change. Waiting room is plain and kind of hot, but the guys there are professional and get the job done. Been using them for synthetic oil changes for a couple years and usually get their oil change packages to save a few bucks.
