This Dealership was more than Great. I was able to make a last minute appointment to get my car serviced and it was no problem. My car technician Cody was the absolute Best. Eric was awesome! I had a technical issue with one of the prepaid oil change/tire roto coupons and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care. My general experience with Germain Kia has been positive as well. No games!

On a moments notice, this guy Eric stopped what he was doing to help me service my Stinger. Great operation. I received a recommend repair electronically which was cool, but one of the items was recently completed already here. Billy the technician really did a fantastic job also! Thank you for all you do to keep my bucket rollin! Looks great after the car wash also!

The Grovecity location is where I took my car. I was able to make a same day appointment and was greeted immediately. The consultants were knowledgeable and friendly as well as helpful in understanding my needs to alleviate as much stress as possible. I requested a vehicle to return to work while repairs were made and immediately had something on hand. The car was repaired same day and seems to be running fine. I always take my car there and will continue to do so.
