Great service, my only concern was the waiting time. It was over 2 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires.

I went in for a oil change nothing wrong with my car, but when I left my car was rattling and all the service techs were telling me that the problem was the muffler cover was hit during the car wash even though they never washed my car. After that, they refused to help me.

I had the oil changed in my Toyota yesterday. My service rep is Bradley Moss and, as always, he took great care of me and made sure it was done in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing missing was the popcorn 😀

I have been traveling to Columbus West because of the service. I live 40 plus miles away and could go 5 miles to get service. There was a situation that caused me to doubt that. I express my thoughts about a situation to the service manager. To my surprise he made things right. However things that were not completely done. I was unable to reach the service manager. I spoke with the general manager and he graciously solved my request. I have to travel to Chicago for treatment and something happened it would have been trouble. Thank you Aaron Crum and service advisor Preston.

I was very pleased with Bryan, service advisor, at Toyota West yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. This was my first service after purchasing my 2025 Camry last October, service was no charge. The popcorn was a plus! Bryan is a true asset to Toyota West!!

The air in my tires were low and then I stopped by Toyota West. I was immediately greeted. I was treated very respectfully and they even washed my car for me. This is why I am a return customer to Toyota West.

Was able to make an appointment 30 mins prior to my service. Came in and got my regular service done with no problems whatsoever and it was quick as well. Definitely coming back for my future services of my car thanks
