I am so glad I bought my Mazda from Germain because every service appt is easy to set up, goes according to plan, and there is never any sales pressure on me to add on unnecessary extras. As a woman, I appreciate I can bring my car in for routine maintenance and am treated well and not intimidated. Spencer called me back after the most recent appointment as well for a follow-up question I had about the service schedule. I really appreciate this level of service and care! Thanks, Germain Mazda, for making routine car maintenance so easy!

Every thing was great they worked me in the very same day I had a minor issue which was a nail in my back rear tire however the whole tire needed to be replace. The only reason why I give 4 stars ⭐️ was bc after every service your supposed to get a car wash and I didn’t one.

Not once EVER have I ever walked away from Germain Mazda regretting the decision to allow them to service my car and me. They have treated me with the upmost respect and the quality of work they have performed on my car stands above all others. Highly recommend them. Toni was my advisor and she is simply THE BEST. She genuinely has a heart of service and helping others out. I am so glad Germain has her on staff.

The sales in the service team at Mazda Germain of Columbus are always tough notch. Mike and the sales department is incredible, Spencer always does great when I bring my car in for service, and they even went as far as to tell me I didn’t need something that I was going to pay for. I very much appreciate the honesty and efficiency here! Highly recommend!

We took our certified preowned CX5 in for a concern on the brake pads wearing more quickly than normal. Germain Mazda was great to work with. They assessed the problem and fixed it.

Amy and her service team were amazing to work with! They did an incredible job of helping me through a difficult and scary situation when I car unexpectedly had a check engine issue while traveling through the state. I was coming from NC to MI and they helped diagnose my problem and find a workable solution is a quick and caring way. I really appreciated the kindness they showed. I would highly recommend them!

My service rep., Amy, was very helpful and kept me informed throughout, and the service tech. did a good job of identifying problems with my tires, filter, and windshield wiper fluid reservoir. I was given a loaner car while we waited for new tires to come in and notified promptly when my car was ready to pick up.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my car in for an oil change and it was checked throughly, including tires, brakes etc. They gave me a link for a video of it being serviced and a print out of service done.

Great customer service! I had the pleasure to work with Spencer twice now, and he took good care of us, and our 'new' used car as a friend, suggesting what was needed, what could wait and the WHYs. A+: Professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. He kept us updated on the work, and understood our needs. Trust is important when you are not an 'expert' on a field! Explaining the "whys" goes a long way.

My experience at Germain Mazda was great! I was promptly assisted with a warm greeting! The customer service professionals were courteous and accommodating. I was then assisted by Spencer who gave me a satisfactory quote. He then directed me to a very nice waiting area where my waiting time was brief. I was indeed satisfied with the service I received, thanks to Spencer who provided outstanding service! I was happily satisfied!

Toni was awesome! Not only did she make sure I was okay with all the cost but she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. If you go to Germain Mazda of Columbus for service ask for Toni she is awesome.
