I've received great service from this shop so far. They were able to obtain a warranty item quickly and on another occasion, promptly repaired my vehicle. Furthermore, I've found them to be easy to work with, provide prompt transportation to and from the shop and most of all, have integrity with the services they provide.

Second time and I'm not going to keep quiet. In May 2024 I had a mechanical problem with my 2019 Q5. It was starting to run a little rough and it turned out that there was a bad fuel injector. The work was mostly covered by the Audi Care insurance but what floored me is it took them nearly a week for a fuel injector on the most common engine of Audi's line up. The 2.0 four cylinder and on an engine with less than 35,000 miles on it. Since I was on a road trip from home in Seattle I ended up taking a plane trip home and spent nearly $1,000 transporting the SUV home. I wasn't happy since I thought they would have basic parts on hand but apparently not. I didn't say anything though. Fast forward to October: I took another road trip from Seattle to Bozeman with my other car (this one is a 2022 A3 that is still under full warranty) when a transmission error occurred. The part they need is for the 7 speed DSG transmission: again a pretty common transmission you'd think the dealer's service department would have easy access to. Instead they had to order it but I was assured Audi was expediting the part and now two days in: no part. And I have to get back home for crazy things like work. So again their parts departments inability to either stock appropriate mechanical components or be able to quickly source them means I will once again wait a few more days and end up having J&S Transport transport the car back to Seattle. BTW: I spoke to two Audi dealerships on the fuel injector problem and they couldn't believe that Bozeman Audi wouldn't have that on hand given how common the 2.0 engine is in the Audi line up. I'll be curious what they say about the transmission issue. UPDATE: Now they are leaving me messages demanding that I remove the review even though I still will be out of pocket $800 for transporting the car home and it took them just under a week to repair the car. Plus I have no idea it's been properly fixed and won't know that until the transport company delivers the car to me

When I was having a malfunction error on my Q7 I called the service center and they helped me straight away. Audi Roadside towed my vehicle 3 hours to Bozeman, while I did take a couple days to see what was going on, the staff kept me in the know and did a rush on my part to get me back on the road in no time at all.

I normally do not write reviews but felt I needed to write this one. I have two complaints. My first being that the people who answer the phone need to have more knowledge about services when they schedule the appointments. I informed the person that scheduled our appointment for two recalls that we are from out of state and will be planning our trip around the appointment. She said it would only take the day. We live 5 to 6 hours away from Bozeman and brought our four children with us. When I dropped the car off I was only then told that it was a two day job. I was worried because my husband had to be at work the day after the next. Robert was excellent in making sure we had a big enough car to drive our whole family and made sure that our car was priority so we could get home in time. That was all well and good but that leads me to my next complaint. So when I dropped off my car I was also informed that they do a complimentary service checklist. When I picked up my car I was told it would be texted or emailed and was told of nothing in the red. This is my fault to assume that they would tell me before I left town with my family over 200 miles on the journey back home that there was an oil and/or fluid leak. I had to call the following day to request that the checklist be sent to me. When I did receive it I noticed the leak was marked red. Come to find out that it is a leak from or around the camshaft. I won’t be able to get it into a shop to get repaired possibly until next week. I’m puzzled as to why the service department didn’t let us know anything after they knew our situation? I’m thankful it didn’t turn serious on our long drive home. I also didn’t receive an email to write a review for the dealership personally so now I have to write it here just to hopefully make everyone aware. The customer service was wonderful I just wish their communication skills were just as good. This needs fixed before the next family isn’t so lucky. Thanks for your time.
