I am so thankful for Rogelio and Serve Team Automotive. Shortly after dropping off my car, I received a diagnosis and a more than reasonable quote for the necessary repairs. He explained what was going on and once approved, the work was completed in a timely manner. When I picked up the car, he thoroughly explained what was going on and made sure I knew he was available if I had any other issues. His integrity is off the charts but it pales in comparison to his care and concern for people. He understands how stressful it can be when something is going wrong with a vehicle and responds with so much kindness. It was the best car repair experience I’ve ever had from the communication to the price to the pickup. A Serve Team Automotive employee came to my home !! How convenient was that !! He did a diagnostic test of my AC system right in front of me. Explaining everything he was doing. I have a slow leak , tiny leak of Freon. He put a can in and now my AC works perfect. ! Highly recommend this company. , customer service was great !

I went to service team to get my engine on my 2006 Ford explore taken out and a new one put in. I was given a really good price and Roger even came and towed it to the shop for only $50 and I was back on the road in 3 days. I highly recommend and will be using for any problems I have in the future.

I got behind on maintaining my car's health and I wasn't sure what I needed to do. Rogelio took my car in, educated me, performed the needed maintenance, and even washed my car. He returned it better than he found it. I felt he did exactly what was needed, and more, without that being reflected in the price. He provides a reliable, timely, and cost effective service. legitimate fast friendly service. Found my mechanic!! Fast and reliable service. Professional estimates with no hidden agenda! Went in for a tune up because my car was jumping when accelerating. Roger was courteous and completed with the job within an hour! Side note, he has a tow struck as well!
